Doha: LinkedIn published a report on the list of the best companies to work for in the Gulf and Middle East as a whole for 2021, pointing out its reliance on many prominent criteria in identifying these entities, starting from providing all the amenities to its employees and giving them all the possibilities required for creativity and blowing up all their energies that allow to increase the productivity of the institution, and raise the level of their abilities as workers.
The list included 10 Qatari companies of various specialties, described as among the best in the world, not just regionally, with Qatar Petroleum leading the way with its continued focus on developing its efficiency by involving them in various technical courses through the Vocational Learning Section.
Hamad Medical Corporation came in second place in the report, followed by Qatar National Bank, which is able to train its employees technologically and get them to the highest levels, adding PHCC, then came the Commercial Bank, after that came Vodafone Qatar Group, which is one of the leading companies in the international telecommunications sector, QAFCO and Qatar Gas, Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation and Qatar Aluminium.
The report stressed the possibility of strengthening this list with more Qatari companies during the next phase, given the efforts made by various entities, particularly those, with the aim of developing and occupying a prominent position among the institutions of the region.

الدوحة: نشر موقع ” linked in ” تقريرا تحدث فيه عن قائمة أفضل الشركات للعمل في منطقتي الخليج والشرق الأوسط ككل لعام 2021، مشيرا إلى اعتماده على العديد من المعايير البارزة في تحديد هذه الجهات، بداية من توفيرها لجميع مقومات الراحة لموظفيها ومنحهم كل الإمكانيات المطلوبة من أجل الإبداع وتفجير كل طاقاتهم التي تسمح بالرفع من مردودية المؤسسة، والرفع من مستوى قدراتهم كعمال، وضمت القائمة 10 شركات قطرية مختلفة التخصصات، وصفت بأنها من بين الأحسن على المستوى العالمي وليس الإقليمي وفقط، حيث جاءت قطر للبترول في المقدمة بفضل تركيزها المستمر على تنمية زيادة كفاءة منتسيها بواسطة إشراكهم في مختلف الدورات التقنية عن طريق قسم التعلم المهني.
ووضع التقرير اسم مؤسسة حمد الطبية في المركز الثاني، يليها بنك قطر الوطني القادر على تكوين موظفيه من الناحية التكنولوجية والوصول بهم إلى أعلى المستويات، مضيفا إلى ذلك مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية، والبنك التجاري، من بعده مجموعة فودافون قطر التي تعد من الشركات السباقة نحو الاستناد الى أحدث التقنيات المستعملة في قطاع الاتصالات على المستوى الدولي، وكل من قافكو وقطر غاز، والمؤسسة القطرية العامة للكهرباء والماء، وقطر ألمنيوم، مؤكدا إمكانية تدعيم هذه القائمة بالمزيد من الشركات القطرية خلال المرحلة المقبلة، بالنظر إلى المجهودات التي تبذلها مختلف الجهات وبالذات الخاصة منها، بهدف التطور واحتلال مكانة مرموقة بين مؤسسات المنطقة.
