MoI announces arrest of gang targeting bank customers
القبض على تشكيل عصابي تخصص في سرقة عملاء البنوك والمصارف
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) on Saturday announced the arrest of a gang of four African nationals, including a woman, who specialised in robbing clients of banks and exchange houses.
In a statement on Saturday, the MoI said the Criminal Investigation Department arrested the gang members who used to rob bank and exchange house customers after following them.
The stolen money was “seized and sealed”, the statement noted, adding that the arrested persons had been referred to the competent authorities to complete legal proceedings against them.
أعلنت وزارة الداخلية، القبض على عصابة مكونة من 4 أشخاص من جنسيات إفريقية بينهم امرأة، تخصصوا في سرقة عملاء البنوك والمصارف.
وأوضحت الوزارة ،في بيان صحفي اليوم، أن إدارة البحث الجنائي تمكنت من القبض على العصابة التي كانت تتبع عملاء المصارف لتنفيذ عملية السرقة، كما تم ضبط المبالغ المالية المسروقة التي بحوزتهم وتحريزها.
وأضافت أنه سيتم إحالة المقبوض عليهم إلى الجهات المختصة لاستكمال الاجراءات القانونية بحقهم.
