“مطراش 2” يحصل على شهادة من مركز “مدى” لاعتماد النفاذ الرقمي لذوي الإعاقة
DOHA: Metrash2 received the Digital Access Certified Award from Mada – Qatar Assistive Technology Center on adopting digital access for Persons with Disabilities in Matrash2.
Maha Mohammed Al Mansouri, CEO of Mada Center presented the award to Brigadier Ibrahim Al Haremi, Director of Information Systems Department, General Information Systems Department, and Captain Ali Al Binali, head of e-Services and Internet, at a ceremony held at Mada headquarters in Dafna.
Brigadier Ibrahim Al Harami expressed his appreciation for this award to Metrash2 in recognition of its compliance with the standards of electronic access to E-services provided by it and facilities granted to persons with disabilities.
“We believe in the right of people with disabilities to access all information, applications, e-services and digital content as well as others, and we are keen to empower people with disabilities and older persons and integrate them fully into society,” said Maha Al Mansouri, CEO of Mada.
She appreciated the efforts of the Information Systems Department at the MOI and their interest to ensure that people with disabilities have access to multiple services of its Metrash2 app.
Metrash2 is available in six languages including Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Urdu and Malayalam. There are 211 electronic services are available through Metrash2 and the website of the Ministry.
Among the services which are available on Metrash 2 are visa, residence, community police, renewal of driving license, traffic violations, issue or replacement for damaged driving license, travel exit permit, and transfer vehicle ownership.
حصل تطبيق وزارة الداخلية (مطراش2) على شهادة اعتماد من مركز التكنولوجيا المساعدة (مدى) تختص بـ”اعتماد النفاذ الرقمي”، للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
ويتم منح الشهادة للمواقع والتطبيقات التي توفر إمكانية النفاذ الرقمي للمحتوى والخدمات الإلكترونية التي تحقق المتطلبات الأساسية في المعايير المعتمدة.
وقال العميد إبراهيم الحرمى مدير إدارة نظم المعلومات بالإدارة العامة لنظم المعلومات بوزارة الداخلية، إن حصول (مطراش2) على هذه الشهادة جاء بعد استيفائه لمعايير النفاذ الرقمي للخدمات الالكترونية المقدمة من خلاله والتسهيلات التي يمنحها للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
وأضاف العميد الحرمي في تصريح صحفي عقب تسلمه الشهادة في حفل أقيم اليوم بالمركز، أن الشهادة تأتي ضمن الشهادات والجوائز التي تحرزها الوزارة في مجال الخدمات الالكترونية، شاكرا مركز “مدى” على جهوده وعمله مع وزارة الداخلية لضمان تطبيق المعايير المعتمدة للنفاذ للمحتوى الرقمي من خلال تقديم خدمات التقييم والاستشارات والتدريب في هذا المجال.
وعبر عن حرص وزارة الداخلية على مواصلة وتطوير جهودها دوما في مجال الخدمات الالكترونية بما فيها الجانب المخصص للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ضمانا لتسهيل الخدمات لهم وتعزيز اندماجهم في الحياة العامة من خلال المجال الرقمي.
من جانبها، قالت السيدة مها المنصوري الرئيسة التنفيذية لمركز “مدى”، إن المركز حريص على ضمان حق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في النفاذ إلى كافة المعلومات والتطبيقات والخدمات الإلكترونية والمحتوى الرقمي أسوة بغيرهم.
وعبرت عن تقدير المركز لجهود وزارة الداخلية واهتمامها بتهيئة تطبيق “مطراش2” ليؤمن نفاذ الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة لخدماته المتعددة.. مشيرة إلى أهمية هذا التطبيق لما يتضمنه من معلومات وخدمات قيمة يحتاج إليها الجمهور.
