QNB starts financing of subscriptions for IPO shares

DOHA: QNB, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, has announced the financing of subscriptions to the initial public offering (IPO). The Bank will finance 65 percent of the total value of shares that Qatari QNB customers wish to purchase, with the capability of providing them at ‘0’ percent interest until the surplus shares are allocated.

The Bank offers a simple subscription process by visiting its website, downloading the form, filling it out, signing it, and sending it to the Bank along with the required documents. After registering online, customers can easily subscribe to the IPO online or through SMS anytime.

QNB is working to provide innovative ways to enable customers to register on all IPOs either for themselves or on behalf of their relatives and children. More information will be available from QNB’s Customer Care Center at 44407777.

أعلن «QNB» -أكبر مؤسسة مالية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط- عن تمويل اكتتاب الأسهم، حيث سيقوم البنك بتقديم قرض شخصي لتمويل ما نسبته 65% من إجمالي قيمة الأسهم التي يرغب عملاؤه من المواطنين القطريين في الاكتتاب بها، مع إمكانية الاستفادة من معدل فائدة 0% إلى حين رد الفائض على التخصيص.

وسيقدم البنك خدمة الاكتتاب إلكترونياً بإجراءات ميسرة، حيث سيتمكن العملاء من التسجيل عن طريق زيارة الموقع الإلكتروني للبنك qnb.com/ipo، لتحميل طلب التسجيل في خدمة الاكتتاب الإلكتروني، ثم تعبئة بيانات طلب التسجيل، وتوقيعه وإرساله مع صور المستندات المطلوبة، وسيتمكن العميل بعد تسجيله في الطلب إلكترونياً من الاكتتاب بكل سهولة على مدار الساعة، عبر الإنترنت، أو من خلال خدمة الرسائل النصية القصيرة.

ويعمل «QNB» على توفير طرق مبتكرة تمكن العملاء من التسجيل في كل ما يطرح بالبورصة من اكتتابات أولية، سواء لأنفسهم أو بالنيابة عن أقاربهم وأبنائهم القصر.;
