Experts from the Russian Quality Authority ” ross kachestvo” revealed products that a person should never wash.
According to experts, chickens and other poultry should not be washed. If you do this, the person could develop a serious bacterial infection.
Experts added that disease-causing bacteria that may be present on chickens are spread in the kitchen with air particles after washing the chickens, and therefore this can cause a bacterial infection.
They also pointed out that it is very difficult to eliminate the bacteria by washing the chicken only, but by long heat treatment (boiling), noting that this applies to chicken eggs, as they are covered with a special thin shell that prevents the penetration of microbes into the interior, and if the eggs are washed, Microbes can enter the egg and cause poisoning when eating it, according to the Russian “Med2” website.
Experts also do not recommend washing mushrooms, as it is better to wipe them with a damp sponge, as well as get rid of damaged spots with a knife.

كما لا يوصي الخبراء بغسيل الفطر، حيث من الأفضل مسحه بإسفنجة رطبة، بالإضافة إلى التخلص من الأماكن المتضررة بالسكين.
