New Projects for Estithmar Holding in Saudi Arabia

Doha: Estithmar Holding has announced that its subsidiary, “Elegancia Arabia” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has secured a new package of works in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering for two additional hotels on the western side of Shoura Island, each with 200 rooms. This is in addition to the projects being implemented by the company on the island, namely the Central Hotel (430 rooms) and two hotels on the eastern side (150 and 180 rooms). This brings the total number of projects obtained by the company to five projects on the main Shoura Island, which is being developed by Red Sea International Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The project, consisting of 11 resorts on the main island, holds the Platinum LEED certification and boasts a construction area of 88,269 square meters. It represents one of the largest developments in the kingdom and carries the flag of sustainable tourism worldwide. The Red Sea Project is the first of its kind and size in the tourism sector, designed and built to operate on renewable solar energy, in line with the strict responsible commitments of Red Sea International Company.

الدوحة: أعلنت شركة استثمار القابضة بأن شركتها التابعة «اليغانسيا العربية التجارية» في المملكة العربية السعودية قد حصلت على حزمة أعمال جديدة في مجال الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية لفندقين إضافيين على الجانب الغربي من جزيرة الشورى بمائتي غرفة لكل فندق وذلك بالإضافة الى المشاريع التي تنفذها الشركة في الجزيرة أي فندق الوسط (430 غرفة) وفندقين في الجانب الشرقي (150 و 180 غرفة)، ليرتفع عدد المشاريع التي حصلت عليها الشركة الى 5 مشاريع على جزيرة الشورى الجزيرة الرئيسية التي تطورها شركة البحر الأحمر العالمية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
يحمل المشروع المؤلف من 11 منتجعا في الجزيرة الرئيسية تصنيف البلاتيني LEED ويتميز بمساحة بناء تبلغ 88,269 متراً مربعاً، ويمثل واحدا من أكبر التطورات في المملكة وحامل علم السياحة المتجددة في جميع أنحاء العالم. مشروع «ريد سي» هو أول مشروع سياحي من نوعه وحجمه، يتم تصميمه وبناؤه ليعمل بالطاقة الشمسية المتجددة بما يتماشى مع الالتزامات المسؤولة الصارمة لشركة البحر الأحمر العالمية.
تلتزم «شركة اليغانسيا العربية التجارية» التابعة لاستثمار القابضة بتبني حلول مبتكرة وموفرة للطاقة وصديقة للبيئة طوال أدائها لأعمال حزمة الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية الحائزة على جوائز، بما يتماشى مع الإرشادات الرائدة في الصناعة في شهادة LEED للطاقة والتصميم البيئي.
