Dr. Hanadi Al-Hail, Director of Al-Thumama Health Center at the Primary Health Care Corporation, confirmed that there are 6 categories that were excluded from the decision to allocate Al-Thumama Health Center to Qatari citizens.
In exclusive statements to Al-Raya, she said that the six categories are the elderly over 70, people with disabilities, children of Qatari women, non-Qatari wives of Qatari men, citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries who have valid health cards, and domestic workers for Qatari families who are registered in the same center.

أكدت الدكتورة هنادي الهيل مدير مركز الثمامة الصحي بمؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية، أن هناك 6 فئات تم استثناؤها من قرار تخصيص مركز الثمامة الصحي للمواطنين القطريين.
وقالت في تصريحات خاصة لـ الراية إن الفئات الست هي كبار السن فوق 70 عامًا، وذوو الإعاقة، وأبناء القطريات، وزوجات القطريين من غير حاملي الجنسية القطرية، ومواطنو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي الذين لديهم بطاقات صحية سارية المفعول، والعمالة المنزلية للأسر القطرية من المسجلين بنفس المركز.
