Doha: The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy has clarified that you can host a family member or friend during the Qatar World Cup by registering on the Hayya platform.

It also cautioned international fans, that anyone who is supposed to host you during the tournament period, including family members and friends, must register their property and confirm your details, and once the host confirms your details, your accommodation arrangements will be automatically verified, and therefore, there is no need to take any other action on your part.

In instructions to hosts (who must be 18 or older), if you plan to have guests, including family and friends, stay during the tournament, you’ll need to register your property in order for your guests’ Hayya Card requests to be approved – which will happen automatically After completing the process.

In registering to host his family or friends, the host acknowledges that he is 18 years of age or older and that he has read and understood the terms and conditions

The host registers the Qatari ID number and expiry date, and an SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number associated with the ID for each national address.

Real estate addresses and guest data are also recorded.

– Add a maximum of 10 guests per property.

– After adding the property, you cannot delete it or make any changes to it.

– After adding the property with guests associated with it, you cannot delete it or make any changes to it.

– Your guests will be able to stay with you from November 1, 2022, to January 23, 2023

كما نبهت على المشجعين الدوليين، أنه يتعيّن على أي فرد يستضيفك خلال فترة البطولة، بما في ذلك أفراد العائلة والأصدقاء، أن يسجّل عقاره وأن يؤكد بياناتك، وبمجرد تأكيد المستضيف لبياناتك، سيتم التحقق من ترتيباتك لمكان الإقامة تلقائياً، ومن ثَم، لا داعي لاتخاذ أي إجراء آخر من جانبك.

وفي تعليمات للمستضيفين (الذين يجب أن تكون أعمارهم 18 عاماً أو أكبر)، فإذا كنت تخطط لاستقبال ضيوف، بما في ذلك أفراد العائلة والأصدقاء، للإقامة أثناء البطولة، ستحتاج إلى تسجيل عقارك حتى يتم التصديق على طلبات بطاقة هَيّا الخاصة بضيوفك – وهذا ما سيحدث تلقائياً بعد إكمال العملية .

ويقوم المستضيف بتسجيل رقم البطاقة الشخصية القطرية وتاريخ الانتهاء، وسيتم إرسال رسالة نصية قصيرة إلى رقم الهاتف الجوال المرتبط بالبطاقة الشخصية لكل العنوان الوطني.

كما يتم تسجيل عناوين العقارات وبيانات الضيوف.

ويمكنك :

– إضافة 5 عقارات كحد أقصى

– إضافة 10 ضيوف كحد أقصى لكل عقار

– بعد إضافة العقار، لا يمكنك حذفه أو إجراء أي تغيير فيه

– بعد إضافة العقار ويوجد ضيوف مرتبطون به ، لا يمكنك حذفه أو إجراء أي تغيير عليه

– سيتمكن ضيوفك من الإقامة معك من 1 نوفمبر 2022 إلى 23 يناير 2023
