Doha: Municipalities have intensified efforts to prepare public parks and prayer grounds for the upcoming Eid Al Fitr.

Doha Municipality has deployed a team of inspectors accompanied by veterinary doctors to inspect shopping complexes, sweets, and nuts shops, and eateries offering traditional foods and butcheries.
An inspection drive will be conducted on vegetables and fruits imported to the central market, refrigerators, and warehouses in Industrial Area.
Al Rayyan Municipality has intensified inspection of food outlets and deployed teams to clean public squares and roads in preparation for Eid Al Fitr.
The Health Control Department of Al Rayyan Municipality inspected shopping complexes, sweets and nuts shops, and eateries and slaughterhouses in two shifts to ensure the safety of foodstuffs.
Municipal inspectors have been deployed to check vegetables and fruits at Al Sailiya Central Market. The campaigns are carried out under the supervision of a specialized team of inspectors and veterinary doctors to ensure the validity of consumable products during Eid Al Fitr.
Complaints received during the Eid Al Fitr holidays will also be responded to immediately. Wholesale and retail stores are being inspected in a three-shift system 24 hours a day.
The public park section has prepared all parks by cleaning facilities, sports equipment, and playgrounds in the parks while providing services for cleaning and security in preparation for the festival. All public parks at Al Rayyan Municipality will be open from 5 am until 1 am.
Al Shamal Municipality has also started preparing for Eid Al Fitr, by conducting inspection drives on food outlets and cleaning Eid prayer grounds, streets, and public roads.
The drives will also focus on shopping complexes, eateries, meat and poultry shops, restaurants and pastry shops, and slaughterhouse throughout the week. The public parks section of Al Shamal Municipality cleaned the entire parks’ facilities, such as play areas, walkways, and water coolers among others.
The public parks at Al Shamal Municipality will be opened from 8 am to 12noon during Eid Al Fitr.
The Cleaning Section of the Municipality cleaned and disinfected Eid prayer grounds and mosques. The section receives the applications for drainage services and rodent and pest control which will be provided from 8 am to 12 pm.
Umm Salal Municipality has also conducted intensive inspection campaigns targeting the most active outlets during Eid Al Fitr holidays including sweets, pastries, chocolate, and nuts shops.
The inspection drives will be also conducted on slaughterhouses which are expected to receive a large number of customers during Eid Al Fitr.

الدوحة: كثفت البلديات جهودها لإعداد الحدائق العامة وأماكن الصلاة لعيد الفطر المقبل. حيث سيتم تكثيف حملات التفتيش على منافذ الطعام لضمان الامتثال للقواعد الصحية.
وقامت بلدية الدوحة بنشر فريق من المفتشين يرافقهم أطباء بيطريون لتفقد مجمعات التسوق ومحلات الحلويات والمكسرات والمطاعم التي تقدم الأطعمة التقليدية ومحال اللحوم.
وستجرى حملة التفتيش على الخضار والفاكهة المستوردة للسوق المركزي والثلاجات والمخازن بالمنطقة الصناعية.
حيث كثفت بلدية الريان التفتيش على منافذ الطعام ونشرت فرقاً لتنظيف الساحات والطرق العامة استعداداً لعيد الفطر.
وتفقدت إدارة الرقابة الصحية في بلدية الريان مجمعات التسوق ومحلات الحلويات والمكسرات والمطاعم ومحال اللحوم على فترتين للتأكد من سلامة المواد الغذائية.
وتم إيفاد مفتشي بلديين لفحص الخضار والفاكهة في سوق السيلية المركزي. وتجرى الحملات تحت إشراف فريق متخصص من المفتشين والأطباء البيطريين للتأكد من صلاحية المواد المستهلكة خلال عيد الفطر المبارك.
كما سيتم الرد على الشكاوى الواردة خلال عطلة عيد الفطر على الفور. وتخضع متاجر البيع بالجملة والتجزئة للتفتيش بنظام ثلاث نوبات في اليوم.
وقام قسم المنتزهات العامة بتجهيز جميع الحدائق من خلال مرافق النظافة والتجهيزات الرياضية والملاعب الموجودة في المنتزهات، مع تقديم خدمات النظافة والأمن استعداداً للمهرجان. وستفتح جميع الحدائق العامة في بلدية الريان أبوابها من الساعة الـ 5 صباحاً حتى الـ 1 بعد منتصف الليل.
وكما بدأت بلدية الشمال في تجهيزاتها لعيد الفطر، من خلال إجراء جولات تفتيشية على منافذ الطعام وتنظيف مصليات العيد والشوارع والطرق العامة.
وستركز الجولات أيضاً على مجمعات التسوق والمطاعم ومحلات اللحوم والدواجن والمطاعم ومحلات الحلويات ومحلات اللحوم على مدار الأسبوع. وقام قسم الحدائق العامة في بلدية الشمال بتنظيف مرافق المنتزهات بالكامل، مثل مناطق اللعب والممرات ومبردات المياه وغيرها.
وسيتم افتتاح الحدائق العامة في بلدية الشمال من الساعة 8 صباحاً حتى 12 مساءً خلال عيد الفطر.
وقام قسم النظافة بالبلدية بتنظيف وتطهير مصليات العيد والمساجد. ويستقبل القسم طلبات خدمات الصرف الصحي ومكافحة القوارض والآفات والتي سيتم توفيرها من الساعة 8 صباحاً حتى 12 مساءً.
كما نفذت بلدية أم صلال حملات تفتيشية مكثفة استهدفت أكثر المحلات نشاطاً خلال إجازة عيد الفطر، بما في ذلك محلات الحلويات والمعجنات والشوكولاتة والمكسرات.
وكما سيتم إجراء حملات التفتيش على المسالخ التي من المتوقع أن تستقبل عدداً كبيراً من العملاء خلال عيد الفطر.
