Civil Service Bureau: 942 Job Seekers Recruited Through Kawader Platform

Doha: Data issued by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau showed that the number of job seekers, who were employed in various government, joint and private agencies in the country through the national employment platform “Kawader”, amounted to 942 job seekers, during the period between the end of the last quarter of 2021 and March 2022, distributed among both sexes, by 62 percent of females and 38 percent of males.

The statistical bulletin of the national employment platform “Kwader” issued by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau today indicated that the Primary Health Care Corporation achieved the first place as the most employing agency for job seekers through the National Employment Platform “Kawader”, while Hamad Medical Corporation came in second place, and the General Authority of Customs in third place.

The bulletin indicated that there are 3,172 current job opportunities on the national employment platform “Kwader”. The available job opportunities, according to the statistics, range from holders of graduate studies to those with no high school degree.

The bulletin noted that the three most prominent providers of job opportunities on the platform are the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Supreme Judiciary Council, and the Primary Health Care Corporation.

The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau stressed that the goal of publishing the statistics comes from the standpoint of enhancing the principle of transparency, and sharing data and statistics with the general public, noting that the statistics will be updated periodically at the end of each quarter.

The recent updates that were made on the national platform for employment “Kawader”, contributed to facilitating the procedures for hiring job seekers, through an updated and more accurate job matching system than the previous one, as well as the possibility of running for five jobs at the same time.

الدوحة: أظهرت بيانات صادرة عن ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي أن عدد الباحثين عن العمل، الذين تم توظيفهم في مختلف الجهات الحكومية والمشتركة والخاصة في الدولة عبر المنصة الوطنية للتوظيف “كوادر” بلغ 942 باحثا، خلال الفترة بين أواخر الربع الأخير من عام 2021 ومارس 2022، موزعين على الجنسين بنسبة 62 بالمائة من الإناث و38 بالمائة من الذكور.

وأوضحت النشرة الإحصائية الخاصة بأرقام المنصة الوطنية للتوظيف /كوادر/ الصادرة عن ديوان الخدمة المدنية اليوم، أن مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية حققت المركز الأول كأكثر الجهات توظيفا للباحثين عن العمل عبر المنصة الوطنية للتوظيف “كوادر”، فيما أتت مؤسسة حمد الطبية في المركز الثاني، والهيئة العامة للجمارك في المركز الثالث.

وأشارت النشرة إلى توافر 3172 فرصة وظيفية حالية على المنصة الوطنية للتوظيف “كوادر”. وتتراوح الفرص الوظيفية المتاحة وفق الإحصائية بين حاملي الدراسات العليا إلى ما دون الثانوية العامة.

ولفتت إلى أن أبرز ثلاث جهات توفيرا للفرص الوظيفية في المنصة هي وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي، والمجلس الأعلى للقضاء، ومؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية.

وأكد ديوان الخدمة المدنية أن الهدف من نشر الإحصائيات يأتي من منطلق تعزيز مبدأ الشفافية في إتاحة وعرض البيانات الإحصائية، ومشاركتها مع الجمهور العام، مشيرا إلى أنه سيتم تحديثها بشكل دوري مع نهاية كل ربع عام.

ويعمل ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي مع مختلف الشركاء في المنصة، على تحديث الفرص الوظيفية باستمرار وفق احتياجات الجهات، وبما يتناسب مع مؤهلات وخبرات الباحثين عن العمل، كما تعمل وزارة العمل من خلال المنصة على مواءمة الباحثين عن العمل مع الفرص المتاحة في القطاع الخاص.

يذكر أن التحديثات الأخيرة التي أجريت على المنصة الوطنية للتوظيف “كوادر”، ساهمت في تسهيل إجراءات توظيف الباحثين عن العمل، من خلال نظام التطابق الوظيفي المحدث والأكثر دقة من السابق، وإمكانية الترشح لخمس وظائف في آن واحد.
