Ooredoo opens shop at Lulu Hypermarket in Al Mesilla
«ooredoo» تفتتح مركزاً في «اللولو هايبرماركت – المسيلة»
Doha: Ooredoo announced yesterday it has expanded its network of retail shops with another new opening in Doha, at Lulu Hypermarket, Al Mesilla.
The new Ooredoo shop was formally inaugurated with several senior representatives from Ooredoo and Lulu Hypermarket. To mark the occasion, customers enjoyed surprises for all new services purchased and activated when they visited the new shop during the opening week.
The shop is located on the first floor at Lulu Hypermarket, and will cater to an enormous customer base in and around the Al Messila area. Speaking of the opening, Manar Khalifa Al Muraikhi, Director PR and Corporate Communications at Ooredoo, said: “We’re always looking for ways we can improve our service to customers, and making sure we’re accessible wherever they need us is obviously a priority.
We’re delighted to welcome our new shop to our already considerable retail network, and we look forward to serving our customers there to ensure they get the best from Ooredoo.”
أعلنت «ooredoo» أنها وسعت شبكتها من مراكز البيع وخدمة العملاء، مع افتتاح مركز جديد في الدوحة، وتحديداً في «اللولو هايبرماركت»، فرع منطقة المسيلة.
وافتتح المركز الجديد رسمياً بحضور عدد من كبار الممثلين عن «ooredoo»، وعن «اللولو هايبرماركت».
واحتفالاً بهذه المناسبة، حصل العملاء على مفاجآت عبارة عن هدايا على جميع خدمات الاتصالات التي حصلوا عليها عند زيارتهم للمركز الجديد خلال أسبوع الافتتاح.
ويقع المركز في الدور الأول من فرع «اللولو هايبرماركت» بمنطقة المسيلة، ليوفر الخدمات لجميع عملاء «ooredoo» في المنطقة.
وعن افتتاح المركز الجديد، قالت منار خليفة المريخي، مديرة إدارة العلاقات العامة واتصالات الشركة في «ooredoo قطر»: «نسعى دائماً إلى تحسين خدمتنا للعملاء، ولذلك فإن من أولوياتنا أن يكون الوصول سهلاً إلى مراكزنا بالنسبة لعملائنا في أي وقت يحتاجون فيه إلى تلك الخدمات. ونرحب بافتتاح المركز الجديد؛ الذي يعتبر إضافة قيمة لشبكتنا الحالية، ونتطلع إلى توفير الخدمة لعملائنا فيه، لضمان حصولهم على أفضل ما توفره «ooredoo».
