Katara Beach attracts 8,000 visitors

Doha: Katara Beach and marine sports venues have seen a high demand from families who have gone to the place to enjoy great times on the beach as the beach offers a special atmosphere for families and is surrounded by fences along it to prevent entry except through security gates that allow only families to enter, provided that “EHTERAZ” is checked and after measuring the temperature.
The beach has all the services its visitors look forward to and there are lifeguards and security guards, providing an atmosphere of security and reassurance for its goers.
Mr. Saeed Al-Kuwari, Operations Officer at Katara Beach, said that although many parents prefer to enjoy their time in air-conditioned entertainment venues, Katara Beach and the Marine Games area attracted 8,000 visitors during Eid.
Al-Kuwari said in special remarks to Al-Raya: All precautionary measures are in place and the beach is spacious and there is a safe distance between each family and another up to eight meters. He added: “On the beach we provide all the requirements of security and safety and we have lifeguards along the sea, and there are also supervisors of games and water park, which is a suitable destination for children and families on Eid.
A number of beachgoers praised the good organization of the beach and providing children’s play areas, security, services, bathrooms, boats and rescuers, noting that the beach was a great outlet for their children’s holiday.
A number of them said they came to Katara Beach for fun on Eid at the request of their children, who asked them to go to Katara Beach. Initially, Abdullah al-Arifi confirmed that Katara Beach is well organized and arranged, as well as recreational services available at the beach, including boats enjoyed by young and old.
He said: The beach has all the services of baths, security, guarding and rescue, making it a beautiful destination for families on Eid and even at all times of the year.
He added: Entry is almost free of charge with very small fees, pointing out that security personnel and rescuers do their part around the clock, providing an atmosphere of comfort and reassurance. Alaa Zaghloul said he decided to meet the children’s desire to have fun on Eid on Kathara Beach, where it features games for children and water to allow them to swim and have fun. He said: The beach is special to families and with a symbolic fee suitable for everyone, noting that the children are very happy and found in Katara Beach an outlet for them to enjoy the holiday, and noted the availability of all services of baths, security and rescuers and taking into account the privacy of families, as well as the presence of a children’s play area, and confirmed that for these reasons Katara Beach is a very suitable and enjoyable destination for families on Eid to enjoy the atmosphere of the sea on Katara beach and spend beautiful times with children.

الدوحة: شهد شاطئ كتارا وأماكن الرياضات البحرية إقبالًا كبيرًا من العائلات التي قصدت المكان للاستمتاع بقضاء أوقات رائعة على الشاطئ حيث يوفّر الشاطئ أجواءً خاصة للعائلات وتحيط به أسوار على امتداده لمنع الدخول إلا من خلال البوابات الأمنيّة التي لا تسمح إلا بدخول العائلات، شريطة التأكّد من تطبيق «احتراز» وبعد قياس الحرارة.
وتتوافر بالشاطئ كافة الخدمات التي يتطلع إليها زوّاره كما يتواجد به مُنقذون وحرّاس أمن، ما يوفر أجواء من الأمن والطمأنينة لروّاده.
وأكد السيد سعيد الكواري مسؤول العمليات بشاطئ كتارا أنه رغم تفضيل كثير من أولياء الأمور الاستمتاع بأوقاتهم في الأماكن الترفيهية المكيفة، استطاع شاطئ كتارا ومنطقة الألعاب البحرية استقطاب 8 آلاف زائر خلال أيام العيد.
وقال الكواري في تصريحات خاصة لـ الراية: كافة الإجراءات الاحترازية مُطبّقة والشاطئ متسع المساحة وهناك مسافة آمنة بين جلوس كل أسرة وأخرى تصل إلى ثمانية أمتار. وأضاف: نوفر على الشاطئ كافة اشتراطات الأمن والسلامة ولدينا مُنقذون على امتداد البحر، وهناك مُشرفون كذلك على الألعاب والحديقة المائية التي تعد وجهة مناسبة للأطفال والأسر في العيد.
وأشاد عدد من رواد الشاطئ بحسن تنظيم الشاطئ وتوفر أماكن ألعاب خاصّة بالأطفال وحراسة وأمن وخدمات وحمامات وقوارب ومنقذين، لافتين إلى أن الشاطئ كان متنفسًا رائعًا في العيد لأطفالهم.
وأشار عدد منهم إلى أنهم جاؤوا إلى شاطئ كتارا لقضاء أوقات ممتعة في العيد بناءً على رغبة أطفالهم الذين طالبوهم بالذهاب إلى شاطئ كتارا. في البداية أكد عبد الله العريفي أن شاطئ كتارا يتميز بأنه منظم ومرتب بشكل ممتاز، بالإضافة إلى الخدمات الترفيهية المتوفرة بالشاطئ بما فيها القوارب التي يستمتع بركوبها الصغار والكبار.
وقال: الشاطئ تتوافر به كافة الخدمات من حمامات وأمن وحراسة وإنقاذ، ما يجعله وجهة جميلة للعائلات في العيد بل وفي كل أوقات السنة.
وأضاف: الدخول شبه مجاني برسوم رمزية جدًا، مشيرًا إلى أن رجال الأمن والمنقذين يقومون بدورهم على مدار الساعة، ما يوفر أجواء من الراحة والطمأنينة. وذكر علاء زغلول أنه قرر تلبية رغبة الأبناء بقضاء أوقات ممتعة في العيد على شاطئ كثارا، حيث يتميز بتوافر ألعاب للأطفال ووجود المياه التي تتيح لهم السباحة والمرح. وقال: الشاطئ متميّز بأنه خاص بالعائلات وبرسوم رمزية مناسبة للجميع، منوهًا إلى أن الأطفال سعداء جدًا ووجدوا في شاطئ كتارا مُتنفسًا لهم للاستمتاع بإجازة العيد، ونوّه بتوافر كافة الخدمات من حمامات وأمن ومُنقذين ومراعاة خصوصية العائلات، فضلًا عن وجود منطقة ألعاب للأطفال، وأكد أن لتلك الأسباب يُعد شاطئ كتارا وجهة مُناسبة وممتعة جدًا للعائلات في العيد للاستمتاع بأجواء البحر على شاطئ كتارا وقضاء أوقات جميلة برفقة الأطفال.
