The Supreme Judicial Council announces the gradual resumption of litigation sessions while continuing to implement all preventive measures and providing a safe environment for litigants in accordance with established health regulations and requirements.
This announcement is in line with the directives of the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management in starting procedures to gradually lift the restrictions imposed to contain the COVID-19 pandemic and to preserve the interests of litigants in achieving justice
Starting next Sunday, June 14, 2020, judicial announcements will be sent to attend the sessions within the specified dates.
Attendance of the sessions is limited to lawyers and litigants, with the need to show Ehteraz app on mobile devices. Medical masks are a must and everyone inside should keep a safe distance.
The maximum number of people in the meeting and waiting rooms will be determined later.
Priority will be given to urgent judgment hearings and cases, and sessions will be held alternately and at different times between each session, as well as evening sessions.
The Supreme Judicial Council will provide new services through the electronic courts program, in addition to activating electronic technologies and a “remote” video communication system in cases legally established.
The proportions of employees in the workplaces will be taken into account in accordance with the state’s plan to gradually lift the restrictions, and the necessary logistical services will be provided to the courts and litigants to facilitate procedures, with daily sterilization continuing to court headquarters, courtrooms, and waiting rooms.

أعلن المجلس الأعلى للقضاء عن استئناف عقد جلسات التقاضي بصورة تدريجية مع الاستمرار في تطبيق كافة الإجراءات الوقائية وتوفير بيئة آمنة للمتقاضين وفقا للضوابط والاشتراطات الصحية المقررة.
وقال المجلس – وفق سلسلة تغريدات على حسابه الرسمي بموقع تويتر – إن هذا الإعلان يأتي تماشيا مع توجهات اللجنة العليا لإدارة الأزمات في بدء اجراءات رفع القيود المفروضة جراء جائحة (كوفيد-19) “تدريجيا” وحفاظا على مصالح المتقاضين في تحقيق العدالة.
وأضاف المجلس أنه اعتباراً من يوم الأحد المقبل الموافق 14 يونيو 2020 سيتم البدء بإرسال الإعلانات القضائية لحضور الجلسات في المواعيد المحددة، على أن يقتصر حضور الجلسات على المحامين والمتقاضين مع ضرورة إبراز الرمز الصحي باللون الأخضر على تطبيق إحتراز على الهاتف الجوال، والتزام الجميع بارتداء كمامات الوجه الطبية والمحافظة على مسافة الأمان المطلوبة حيث سيتم تحديد حد أقصى لعدد المتواجدين في قاعات الجلسات وصالات الانتظار.
وأوضح الأعلى للقضاءء أنه ستكون الأولوية لجلسات اصدار الأحكام والقضايا العاجلة، وسيتم عقد الجلسات بالتناوب وفي أوقات متباعدة بين كل جلسة وأخرى إلى جانب عقد جلسات مسائية.
كما سيوفر المجلس الأعلى للقضاء خدمات جديدة من خلال برنامج محاكم الإلكتروني بالإضافة إلى تفعيل التقنيات الإلكترونية ونظام الاتصال المرئي “عن بعد” في الحالات المقررة قانونا.
وقال المجلس إنه سيتم مراعاة نسب الموظفين في أماكن العمل وفق خطة الدولة للرفع التدريجي للقيود، كما سيتم توفير الخدمات اللوجيستية اللازمة للمحاكم والمتقاضين لتسهيل الاجراءات، مع استمرار عمليات التعقيم اليومي لمقرات المحاكم وقاعات الجلسات وصالات الانتظار.
