Ministry responds to citizens’ complaints about partitioned villas
البلدية ترد على شكاوى المواطنين من الفلل المقسمة

The Ministry of Municipality responded to some of the complaints and inquiries received by “Watani Al-Habib” program on Qatar Radio regarding the partitioned villas.
On January 11, 2022, Mr. Saeed Al-Hajri appealed to the Ministry to take the necessary action and solve the problem about his dissatisfaction with the partitioned villas near his house where cars and children’s toys are piled up and spread dangerously on the street exposing them to being run over.
He indicated that he submitted a complaint to the minister’s office, and it was transferred to the Al-Rayyan municipality, but the situation remained as it is and nothing has changed.
The municipality responded that the aforementioned note was transferred to the competent department of the municipality, and they were informed that the previous necessary action had been taken regarding the complaint, by issuing a seizure report and transferring it to the competent authorities, according to the procedures followed.

ردت وزارة البلدية على بعض الشكاوى والاستفسارات التي وردت لبرنامج وطني الحبيب عبر إذاعة قطر فيما يخص الفلل المقسمة.
وناشد السيد سعيد الهاجري بتاريخ 11 يناير 2022 الوزارة باتخاذ الإجراء اللازم وحل المشكلة حول استياءه من تقسيم الفلل بالقرب من منزله بحيث تتكدس السيارات ولعب الأطفال وانتشارهم في الشارع بشكل خطير عليهم بحيث يكونون عرضة للدهس.
وأشار إلى أنه تقدم بالشكوى إلى مكتب الوزير وتم تحويلها إلى بلدية الريان ولكن الوضع على ما هو عليه ولم يتغير شيء.
وردت البلدية بأنه تم تحويل الملاحظة المذكورة إلى القسم المختص بالبلدية وتم إفادتهم بأنه تم عمل اللازم سابقها بخصوص الشكوى وذلك بتحرير محضر ضبط وتحويله إلى الجهات المختصة وذلك حسب الإجراءات المتبعة.
