Ooredoo offers discounted Car-Fi device

DOHA: Ooredoo announced yesterday a new offer designed to ensure that its new standalone Endless Internet Packs customers can enjoy access to the Supernet wherever they are in Qatar. Thanks to the new offer, all new Standalone Endless Internet Packs customers will get the chance to purchase a Car-Fi device from Ooredoo Shops for just QR30, saving QR300 off the normal retail price.

The Car-Fi device acts as a portable hotspot, designed to be used in a car for up to five users when the standalone Endless Internet SIM is inserted and can reach speeds of up to 150 Mbps.

Ooredoo’s Standalone Endless Internet Packs service allows users to enjoy access to Ooredoo’s Supernet speeds for as low as QR90 per month (8 GB). Once the pack is consumed, customers will be able to continue using internet at a lower 2G speed until their monthly allowance is renewed.

أعلنت ooredoo في بيان صحافي، أمس، عن عرض جديد يحصل من خلاله العملاء على خصم مميز على أجهزة Car-Fi عند تفعيل إحدى باقات الإنترنت بلا حدود المنفصلة عبر شريحة SIM جديدة.

ويهدف هذا العرض إلى تمكين العملاء من الاستمتاع باستخدام الإنترنت عبر شبكة سوبرنت أينما كانوا في قطر. إذ سيحصل المشتركون الجدد في «باقات الإنترنت الجوال بلا حدود» المنفصلة عبر شريحة SIM جديدة على فرصة لشراء أحد أجهزة Car-Fi من مراكز ooredoo مقابل 30 ريالاً فقط، أي ما يعادل توفيراً بقيمة 300 ريال عن السعر الاعتيادي لهذه الأجهزة.

وتعد أجهزة Car-Fi بمثابة نقاط اتصال جوالة تتيح لمستخدميها الاتصال بالإنترنت اللاسلكي (الواي فاي) أثناء التنقل في السيارة وبسرعة تصل لغاية 150 ميجابايت بالثانية، ويمكن من خلالها التوصيل لغاية 5 أجهزة بالإنترنت.

وتوفر ooredoo «باقات إنترنت بلا حدود» عبر شرائح SIM منفصلة (لاستخدامها في الأجهزة اللوحية وأجهزة ماي فاي) بسعر يبدأ من 90 ريالاً شهرياً (فئة 8 جيجابايت). وبعد انتهاء رصيد الباقة، يمكن للعملاء مواصلة استخدام الإنترنت بلا حدود بسرعة مخفضة إلى حين موعد تجديد رصيد الباقة الأساسي.;
