Schoolbag is too heavy for students .. Where is the E-bag project?

Doha: Our children, the students, have to carry a school bag that can sometimes weigh more than 10 kilograms almost every day, especially students in the early stages of education, where they still have not yet strengthened their physical structure to carry such heavy weights and walk.
Activists on social media reported several complaints from their children about the weight of the school bag.
A citizen tweeted that he tried to carry his sixth grade daughter’s bag and was shocked by its weight.
Another tweeter quoted his nephews as saying that his school bag is heavy because the administration of their school constantly changes the schedules of school classes, which prompts students to carry all the textbooks to be ready for any change.
“A school bag weighing more than 20 kilos” says a citizen that her daughter suffers from back pain because of carrying that weight daily plus the weight of her breakfast pack and water bottle as the “cafeteria” was closed in her daughter’s school due to precautionary measures accompanying the efforts to combat the spread of Coronavirus.
Citizens on Twitter wondered what had been achieved in the “E-bag” project, which the Supreme Council of Education announced to start implementing on February 27, 2013, and had several changes since then and until now, as it was implemented in certain schools, where students were handed smart tablets on which all courses are carried as a substitute for the school bag.

حقيبة مدرسية قد يتعدى وزنها في بعض الأحيان 10 كيلوغرامات يتحمل عناء حملها يوميًا أبناؤنا الطلاب خصوصا في مراحل التعليم الأولى، تلك التي لا يزال الطلاب فيها لم تقو بنيتهم الجسدية بعد لحمل أوزان ثقيلة كهذه والسير بها.
نقل ناشطون على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي شكاوى عدة من أبنائهم جراء ثقل الحقيبة المدرسية.
مغرد وله ابنة في الصف السادس قال إنه جرّب حمل حقيبة ابنته وصدم من ثقلها وحين سألها عن السبب عددت له محتوياتها؛ كتب دفاتر أوراق وأدوات، ليطرح على نفسه ومتابعيه تساؤلًا حول مدى احتياج طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية لكل هذه الأدوات، واقترح دمج كتب بعض المواد العلمية لتخفيف الحمل عن كاهل الطلاب.
مغرد آخر نقل عن أبناء أخيه قولهم إن إدارة مدرستهم تغير جداول الحصص المدرسية بشكل مستمر، ما يدفع الطلاب لحمل كافة الكتب الدراسية ليكونوا جاهزين لأي تغيير مرجعًا ثقل وزن الحقيبة المدرسة لذلك السبب.
“شنطة وزنها اكثر من ٢٠ كيلو” تقول مواطنة إن ابنتها تعاني آلام في الظهر والكتب بسبب حمل ذلك الوزن يوميًا مضافًا إليه وزن وجبة الإفطار والمياه إذ أغلقت “الكافيتيريا” في مدرسة ابنتها بسبب الإجراءات الاحترازية المصاحبة لجهود مكافحة فيروس كورونا، واقترحت على إدارات المدارس تخصيص خزائن للطلبة يحفظوا أغراضهم داخلها.
وتساءل مغردون عما أحرز في مشروع “الحقيبة الإليكترونية” الذي أعلن المجلس الأعلى للتعليم البدء في تنفيذه في السابع والعشرين من فبراير 2013، وطرأت عليه عدة متغيرات منذ وقتها وحتى هذه اللحظة فقد بدأ بتسليم طلاب مدارس معينة حواسيب لوحية “تابلت” يحمل عليها جميع المقررات تكون بديلًا عن الحقيبة المدرسية.
