Trump to host Amir at White House
ترامب يستضيف الأمير في البيت الأبيض
Washington: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will meet with President Donald Trump next month, the White House announced Friday.
The July 9 meeting will allow Amir and Trump to “build on the longstanding partnership between the United States and Qatar and further strengthen our already substantial economic and security ties,” spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said in a statement.
The leaders are expected to address regional developments, security cooperation and counterterrorism, she added.
The bilateral meeting will be the first between the leaders since Trump hosted Amir at the White House in April 2018.

أعلن البيت الأبيض يوم الجمعة أن أمير البلاد الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني سيلتقي الرئيس دونالد ترامب الشهر المقبل.
وقالت سارة ساندرز المتحدثة باسم الوزارة في بيان إن اجتماع التاسع من يوليو سيتيح لأمير وترامب “البناء على الشراكة الطويلة الأمد بين الولايات المتحدة وقطر وتعزيز علاقاتنا الاقتصادية والأمنية الكبيرة بالفعل”.
وأضافت أنه من المتوقع أن يناقش القادة التطورات الإقليمية والتعاون الأمني ومكافحة الإرهاب.
سيكون الاجتماع الثنائي هو الأول بين الزعماء منذ أن استضاف ترامب الأمير في البيت الأبيض في أبريل 2018.
