Education Ministry Starts First Phase of Comprehensive Educational Survey

Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education, represented by the Department of School Evaluation in the Evaluation Affairs Sector, announced that the first phase of the comprehensive educational survey for the 2021-2022 academic year starts on Tuesday and continues until the end of February.
The department indicated that this stage of the educational survey includes four questionnaires for the school, the kindergarten, the school principal, and the kindergarten principal.
The School Evaluation Department urged school leaders to fill out these questionnaires because of their importance, considering that the questionnaire reflects the communitys opinion on the quality of education provided in all schools in the State of Qatar, by surveying the views of school directors and identifying their experiences and opinions about education and learning in those schools, as well as identifying the most prominent indicators in public and private education.
The results of analyzing these questionnaires are also an important tool to help specialists in the ministry to identify the problems facing schools and work to find appropriate solutions to them, in addition to identifying the quality of services available in each school in the country.
The comprehensive educational survey is carried out annually for all public and private schools and kindergartens in the State of Qatar.

الدوحة: أعلنت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي، ممثلة في إدارة تقييم المدارس بقطاع شؤون التقييم، أن تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من الاستطلاع التربوي الشامل للعام الأكاديمي 2021 – 2022 ستبدأ االيوم /الثلاثاء/، وستستمر حتى نهاية شهر فبراير المقبل.
وأوضحت الإدارة أن هذه المرحلة من الاستطلاع التربوي تشتمل على أربعة استبيانات لكل من المدرسة، والروضة، ومدير المدرسة، ومدير الروضة.
وحثت إدارة تقييم المدارس القيادات المدرسية على تعبئة هذه الاستبيانات لأهميتها، باعتبار أن الاستبيان بمثابة مرآة المجتمع عن جودة التعليم المقدم في جميع المدارس بدولة قطر، من خلال استطلاع آراء القيادات المدرسية والتعرف على خبراتهم وآرائهم حول التعليم والتعلم بتلك المدارس، والتعرف كذلك على أبرز المؤشرات في التعليم الحكومي والتعليم الخاص.
كما تعتبر نتائج تحليل هذه الاستبيانات أداة مهمة لمساعدة المختصين في الوزارة للتعرف على المشكلات التي تعترض المدارس والعمل على إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها، بالإضافة الى التعرف على جودة الخدمات المتوفرة في كل مدرسة بالدولة.
يشار إلى أن الاستطلاع التربوي الشامل يتم تنفيذه سنويا لجميع المدارس ورياض الأطفال الحكومية والخاصة بدولة قطر.
