Prime Minister Holds Telephone Call with Saudi Minister of Interior

Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani held Tuesday a telephone call with HRH Minister of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.
At the beginning of the call, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, wishing them good health and the Saudi people progress and development.
For his part, HRH the Saudi Minister of Interior conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Saudi Crown Prince to HH the Amir, wishing His Highness success and rectitude, and the Qatari people further progress and prosperity.
The call dealt with reviewing fraternal relations between the two countries and the means to enhance them, particularly in the security field. Additionally, it discussed a number of topics of joint interest.

من جانبه، نقل صاحب السمو الملكي وزير الداخلية السعودي، تحيات خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي العهد السعودي إلى حضرة صاحب السمو أمير البلاد المفدى، وتمنياتهما لسموه دوام التوفيق والسداد، وللشعب القطري المزيد من التطور والازدهار.
جرى خلال الاتصال استعراض العلاقات الأخوية بين البلدين الشقيقين وسبل تطويرها لاسيما في المجال الأمني، إضافة إلى بحث عدد من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
