Al Emadi Inspects Work Progress at Hamad Hospital in Gaza

Gaza: HE Chairman of Qatar’s Gaza Reconstruction Committee Ambassador Mohammed Al Emadi made an inspection tour of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani Hospital for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics, and Hamad bin Jassim Center for Integrated Rehabilitation Care.
Ambassador Al Emadi inspected the progress of work at HH the Father Amir Hospital in all its departments, praising the quality of services provided by the hospital. He appreciated the efforts of the administrative and medical staff working in it to provide service and treatment to patients.
His Excellency was also briefed on the most important services provided in the medical rehabilitation departments such as the rehabilitation accommodation service, physical and occupational therapy, treatment of speech and swallowing disorders, and the work of the prosthetic department in the hospital.
Ambassador Al Emadi inspected Hamad bin Jassim Center for Integrated Rehabilitation Care, lauding the importance of the service provided by the center for people with special needs with cerebral palsy.
His Excellency stressed that what distinguishes the primary care center from other centers is the integrated services provided to this category, starting from accommodation, education and treatment to occupational training and other services.
Al Emadi stressed the State of Qatar’s keenness to continuously develop the level of performance and services provided by Qatari projects in the Gaza Strip, in accordance with international standards.

غزة: أجرى السفير محمد العمادي رئيس اللجنة القطرية لإعادة إعمار غزة، جولة تفقدية على كل من مستشفى صاحب السمو الأمير الوالد الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني للتأهيل والأطراف الصناعية، ومركز حمد بن جاسم للرعاية التأهيلية المتكاملة.
وتابع السفير العمادي سير العمل في مستشفى صاحب السمو الأمير الوالد بأقسامه كافة، مشيدا بجودة الخدمات التي يقدمها المستشفى، ومثمنا جهود الطواقم الإدارية والطبية العاملة فيه من أجل تقديم الخدمة والعلاج للمرضى.
كما اطلع سعادته على أبرز الخدمات المقدمة في أقسام التأهيل الطبي من خدمة مبيت التأهيل والعلاج الطبيعي والوظيفي وعلاج مشاكل التخاطب والبلع، وعمل قسم الأطراف الصناعية في المستشفى.
من جانب آخر، تفقد السفير العمادي مركز حمد بن جاسم للرعاية التأهيلية المتكاملة، مشيدا بأهمية الخدمة التي يقدمها المركز لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من مصابي الشلل الدماغي.
وأكد سعادته أن ما يميز مركز الرعاية الأولية عن غيره من المراكز، هو شمولية الخدمات المقدمة لهذه الفئة بدءا بالإيواء ومرورا بالتعليم والعلاج والتدريب المهني وغيرها من الخدمات الأخرى.
وشدد العمادي على حرص دولة قطر على تطوير مستوى الأداء والخدمات التي تقدمها المشاريع القطرية في قطاع غزة بشكل مستمر، وفقا للمعايير الدولية.
