Competent authorities booked two people for violating requirement of home quarantine

Doha: Ministry of Public Health said the competent authorities on Monday arrested two people for violating the requirements of home quarantine.
The pledge they committed themselves had forewarned this.
The ministry said the arrest is part of the measures in force in the country and approved by the health authorities.
The Ministry said they have proceeded the case to prosecution.
The persons arrested are:
1-Saeedd Nasser Rabiaa Rashid Al-Kuwari
2-Saad Abdul-Razzaq Saif Mubarak Al-Mannai
Both are Qatari nationals.
This is to ensure public safety, in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
The authorities reminded citizens and residents in home quarantine of the necessity of strict adherence to the conditions set by the ministry for their own and others’ safety.
The ministry statement stressed whoever violates the conditions will expose himself to the penalties stipulated by the provisions of Article 253 of the Penal Code No. 11 of 2004, and the provisions of Law No. 17 of 1990 regarding prevention of infectious diseases, and the Law No. 17 of 2002 that deals with the protection of the community.

أعلنت وزارة الصحة العامة أن الجهات المختصة قامت أمس الاثنين بضبط شخصين ممن خالفوا اشتراطات العزل الصحي المنزلي وفقا للتعهد الذي التزموا من خلاله بتطبيق تلك الاشتراطات المحددة من الجهات الصحية والتي تعرض مخالفيها للمساءلة القانونية وفقا لإجراءات الجهات الصحية في البلاد.
وأكدت الوزارة في بيان لها أن ضبط الشخصين يأتي إنفاذا للإجراءات الاحترازية المعمول بها في البلاد والتي أقرتها الجهات الصحية ممثلة في وزارة الصحة العامة والجهات المساندة لها لضمان تحقيق السلامة العامة، منعا لانتشار فيروس كورونا “كوفيدـ19”.
وأوضحت وزارة الصحة العامة أن الشخصين المخالفين جار إحالتهما للنيابة المختصة، وهما:
1- سعيد ناصر ربيعة راشد الكواري / قطري
2- سعد عبدالرزاق سيف مبارك المناعي / قطري.
ودعت الجهات المعنية في الدولة، المواطنين والمقيمين في الحجر الصحي المنزلي إلى ضرورة الالتزام التام بالاشتراطات المحددة من وزارة الصحة العامة ضمانا لسلامتهم وسلامة الآخرين.
وأكد بيان وزارة الصحة أن كل من يخالف تلك الاشتراطات سيعرض نفسه للعقوبات المنصوص عليها وفقا لأحكام المادة (253) من قانون العقوبات رقم (11) لسنة 2004، وأحكام القانون رقم (17) لسنة 1990 بشأن الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية، والقانون رقم (17) لسنة 2002 بشأن حماية المجتمع.
