Amir invited by Iran President to attend 3rd ACD meet

DOHA: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held a conversation yesterday morning via telephone with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Dr Hassan Rowhani. H H the Amir and the Iranian President exchanged congratulations on the advent of Eid Al Adha.
They also discussed bilateral relations and the means to enhance them, in addition to discussing issues of joint interest.
The Iranian president invited H H the Amir to attend the 3rd Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD), which Iran will host in October.
أجرى حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى اتصالاً هاتفياً صباح أمس، مع فخامة الرئيس الدكتور حسن روحاني رئيس الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية.
وفِي بداية الاتصال تبادل سمو الأمير والرئيس الإيراني التهاني بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك.
كما جرى استعراض العلاقات الثنائية وآفاق تعزيزها، إضافة إلى مناقشة عدد من القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
ووجه فخامة الرئيس الإيراني خلال الاتصال الدعوة لسمو الأمير لحضور القمة الثالثة لمنتدى الحوار الآسيوي (ACD) التي تستضيفها إيران في شهر أكتوبر المقبل.;
