Now you can sign official documents directly via new iPhone update

The new iPhone iOS 15 update made it possible to sign documents electronically via iPhones without the need to install any external application.

According to the Arab portal for technical news, this is done by using the built-in preview app within iPhones and in iOS 15 specifically, where thanks to the iOS 15 update, users are able to edit PDF files and documents directly over the phone.

How to use this feature:

Go to the iPhone’s file finder app or the PDF file through any application you want, then open the file directly over the phone without using any external applications, and then click on the option to edit documents at the top of the PDF file and at the top of the screen in front of you.

Then click on the add button at the bottom of the application and choose to add your signature, and you will see a set of options so you can name and categorize your signature so you can access it directly.

After you choose the type of signature or your signature name that you want to use, you need to draw your signature directly on the screen, and you must draw your signature above the line that appears in front of you on the screen, and then press Done,

You will then find your signature appearing on top of your document, you can move the signature and place it anywhere, and you will find the signatures you previously saved in the signatures list when you try to add any signature in any PDf file later.

Android:

In the Android system, some phones support the use of the touch pen across their screen to write, draw, and take notes in the phone without having to write them. You can also use the pen to sign documents, and make your signature look more like a manual signature that you use on printed papers, but unlike iPhones and iPads, Android does not have an app built in to sign documents, and instead you need to download a separate app.

You can use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app available in the Google Play Store to sign documents.

أتاح تحديث آيفون الجديد iOS 15 إمكانية توقيع المستندات إلكترونياً عبر هواتف آيفون دون الحاجة لتثبيت أي تطبيق خارجي.

ووفق البوابة العربية للأخبار التقنية، يتم ذلك عبر استخدام تطبيق المعاينة المدمج داخل هواتف آيفون وفي نظام iOS 15 تحديدًا، حيث بفضل تحديث iOS 15 أصبح المستخدمون قادرين على تعديل ملفات PDF والمستندات مباشرةً عبر الهاتف.

الطريقة

توجه لتطبيق مكتشف الملفات الخاص بآيفون أو ملف PDF عبر أي تطبيق ترغب فيه، ثم قم بفتح الملف مباشرةً عبر الهاتف بدون استخدام أي تطبيقات خارجية، وبعد ذلك اضغط على اختيار تعديل المستندات الموجود أعلى ملف PDF وفي أعلى الشاشة أمامك.

ثم اضغط على زر الإضافة الموجود أسفل التطبيق واختر إضافة التوقيع الخاص بك، وتظهر لك مجموعة من الاختيارات حتى تتمكن من تسمية توقعيك وتصنيفه لتتمكن من الوصول إليه مباشرةً.

وبعد أن تختار نوع التوقيع أو اسم التوقيع الخاص بك الذي ترغب بإستخدامه، فإنك تحتاج إلى رسم التوقيع الخاص بك في الشاشة مباشرةً، ويجب أن تقوم برسم التوقيع الخاص بك فوق الخط الظاهر أمامك في الشاشة، وبعد ذلك اضغط تم، وتجد بعد ذلك التوقيع الخاص بك ظهر فوق المستند الخاص بك، ويمكنك تحريك التوقيع ونقله إلى أي مكان، كما تجد التوقيعات التي قمت بحفظها سابقًا في قائمة التوقيعات عندما تحاول إضافة أي توقيع في أي ملف PDf لاحقًا.

اندرويد

في نظام أندرويد، تدعم بعض الهواتف استخدام قلم اللمس عبر شاشتها من أجل الكتابة والرسم وتسجيل الملاحظات في الهاتف دون الحاجة لكتابتها، كما يمكنك استخدام القلم أيضًا للتوقيع على المستندات، وجعل توقيعك يبدو أقرب للتوقيع اليدوي الذي تستخدمه في الأوراق المطبوعة.

ولكن بعكس هواتف آيفون وأجهزة آيباد، فإن نظام أندرويد لا يمتلك تطبيقًا مبنيًا بداخلها لتوقيع المستندات، وبدلًا من ذلك تحتاج لتحميل تطبيق منفصل.
