The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy confirmed that the fan ID, which provides many services and benefits for fans, is mandatory to attend the 2021 Arab Cup matches that will be held in Qatar from November 30 to December 18, with the participation of 16 teams, under the supervision of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA).

** What is the fan ID?

According to http://fac21.qa, a fan ID is a mandatory smart card that will be used as a means of identifying holders of valid tickets and facilitating their entry into the host country and the stadiums where matches will be held during the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™.

In addition, integrated technologies will allow ticket holders to benefit from a wide range of services provided by the host country.

** Qatar entry permit:

The fan ID is a comprehensive entry card for the 2021 Arab Cup. Enjoy visa-free access to Qatar, enter stadiums and many other benefits when using your fan ID.

* If foreign travellers, who will arrive in Qatar to attend Arab Cup matches, have an approved application, they can use the fan ID to enter the country multiple times using valid passport documents approved by the State of Qatar.

* Fans wishing to attend the Arab Cup matches can use the fan ID to enter Qatar starting November 16, 2021 to December 25, 2021.

The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy clarified, through an explanatory video, posted on its Twitter account today, the procedures that must be followed to obtain a fan ID, as follows:

* After purchasing tickets for the 2021 Arab Cup that will be held in Qatar, from the website of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA), you will need to apply for a fan ID via the website: http://fac21.qa.

* All fans who will attend the matches are required to obtain a fan ID which is the best way to enter and move easily.

* You will need the ID to enter Qatar.

* You’ll need the ID to enter the stadiums along with your match ticket to enjoy free transport services during matches.

** How to apply and create your account:

* Apply for a fan ID.

* Confirm that you have taken the full doses of the anti-Coronavirus “Covid-19” vaccine.

* Having a valid passport for at least 6 months.

* Reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

* Entering your information and click on creating a new account.

* Entering the secret verification codes you will receive via SMS and email.

* Complete the information entry to apply.

* Enter your ticket number or ticket application number.

* Download your documents.

* Enter your personal information and your emergency contact number.

* Choose your preferred place to receive your ID.

* Apply.

* After you get your fan ID approval confirmation you will receive an email and an SMS.

* starting November 15th, you can collect your fan ID from Doha Exhibition Centre and Hamad International Airport.

** Please bring:

* Qatari ID or passport.

* The e-mail confirming the approval of the fan ID.

* You will need a fan ID and match ticket to enter the stadium.

** The 2021 Arab Cup consists of four groups, of which the best two teams from each group qualify for the quarter-finals:

1- Group A: Qatar, Iraq, Oman and Bahrain.

2- Group B: Tunisia, UAE, Syria and Mauritania

3- Group C: Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Palestine.

4- Group D: Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon and Sudan.

أكدت اللجنة العليا للمشاريع والإرث أن بطاقة المشجع التي توفر العديد من الخدمات والمزايا للمشجعين، إلزامية لحضور مباريات كأس العرب 2021 التي تقام في قطر خلال الفترة من 30 نوفمبر وحتى 18 ديسمبر المقبل، بمشاركة 16 منتخباً، تحت إشراف الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا).

** ماهي بطاقة المشجع؟

بحسب موقع http://fac21.qa، فإن طاقة المشجع هي بطاقة ذكية إلزامية سيتم استخدامها كوسيلة للتعرف على هوية حاملي التذاكر السارية وتسهيل دخولهم إلى الدولة المستضيفة ودخول الاستادات التي سوف تُقام فيها المباريات خلال بطولة كأس العرب FIFA قطر ٢٠٢١™. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سوف تتيح التقنيات المتكاملة لحاملي التذاكر إمكانية الاستفادة من مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات يقدمها البلد المضيف.

** تصريح الدخول إلى قطر:

بطاقة المشجع هي بطاقة دخول شاملة لكأس العرب 2021.. استمتعوا بدخول من دون تأشيرة إلى قطر وادخلوا إلى الاستادات وغيرهما الكثير من المزايا الأخرى عند استخدام بطاقة المشجع الخاصة بكم.

* يمكن للمسافرين الأجانب الذين سوف يصلون إلى قطر لحضور مباريات كأس العرب، إذا كان لديهم طلب تمت الموافقة عليه، استخدام بطاقة المشجع للدخول إلى البلاد عدة مرات باستخدام وثائق جواز سفر سارية ومعتمدة من دولة قطر.

* يمكن للمشجعين الذين يرغبون في حضور مباريات كأس العرب استخدام بطاقة المشجع للدخول إلى دولة قطر في الفترة من 16 نوفمبر 2021 إلى 25 ديسمبر 2021.

وأوضحت اللجنة العليا للمشاريع والإرث عبر فيديو توضيحي بحسابها بموقع تويتر اليوم الإجراءات التي يجب اتباعها للحصول على بطاقة المشجع، كالتالي:

* بعد شراء تذاكر كأس العرب 2021 التي تقام في قطر، من الموقع الإلكتروني للاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (الفيفا) ستحتاج إلى تقدم طلب الحصول على بطاقة المشجع عبر الموقع الإلكتروني: http://fac21.qa

* يجب على كل المشجعين الذين سيحضرون المباريات الحصول على بطاقة المشجع وهي أفضل وسيلة للدخول والتنقل بسهولة.

* ستحتاج البطاقة للدخول إلى دولة قطر.

* ستحتاجها إلى دخول الاستادات إلى جانب تذكرة المباراة الخاصة بك والاستمتاع بخدمة نقل مجانية خلال المباريات.

** التقديم وإنشاء حسابك:

* تقدم بطلب للحصول على بطاقة المشجع.

* أكد أنك أخذت الجرعات الكاملة للقاح المضاد لكورونا “كوفيد 19”.

* تحمل جواز سفر صالح لمدة 6 أشهر على الأقل.

* قرأت ووافقت على الشروط والأحكام.

* أدخل معلوماتك واضغط على إنشاء حساب جديد.
