Amir issues Decree allowing OCHA presence in Doha
سمو الأمير يصدر مرسوماً بالتصديق على تأسيس مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية في الدوحة
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, on Wednesday issued Decree No. 2 for 2020 to ratify terms of reference between the United Nations, represented by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the State of Qatar represented by the Government of the State of Qatar, regarding the establishment of a presence of the OCHA in Doha, signed in the city of Doha on 16/12/2018, the text of which is attached to this decree and has the force of law, according to Article No. 68 of the Constitution.
The decree is issued for its implementation from the date of its issuance, and to be published in the Official Gazette.
أصدر حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، أمس، المرسوم رقم (2) لسنة 2020 بالتصديق على بنود اختصاصات بين الأمم المتحدة ويمثلها مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية (OCHA)، ودولة قطر وتمثلها حكومة دولة قطر، بشأن تأسيس تواجد لمكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية في الدوحة بدولة قطر، الموقعة بمدينة الدوحة بتاريخ 16 / 12 / 2018، المرفق نصها بهذا المرسوم، وتكون لها قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة (68) من الدستور.
وقضى المرسوم بتنفيذه والعمل به من تاريخ صدوره، وأن ينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
