Top 10 most dangerous tourist destinations by U.S. rankings

Singapore joined the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s list of “high-risk” tourist destinations this week.

Singapore has moved from level three of Covid-19 risk to the fourth “top” level, the most dangerous category according to the agency’s rankings, according to CNN.

Destinations at very high risk of corona outbreaks, i.e. level 4, have recorded more than 500 infections among 100,000 residents in the last 28 days, according to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention standards.

The Agency recommends avoiding travel to level 4 places. It advises those wishing to travel there, to receive two doses of the vaccine.

** Level 4 tourist destinations of corona outbreak

The list includes 10 destinations: Singapore, Austria, Croatia, Turkey, Greece, Malaysia, Ireland, Botswana, Belize and the United Kingdom.

** New tourism destinations at the third level of Coronavirus risk

In the third category of outbreak level are counties which recorded 100 to 500 infections per 100,000 residents in the last 28 days, with six new destinations added to the “high-risk” category, including 3 countries that have moved from Level 2: Angola, Djibouti and Hungary, as well as three other countries that have moved from level 4 to 3: Cyprus, Tunisia and Iswatini.

Singapore’s Ministry of Health announced yesterday 3,994 new cases of Coronavirus, the highest daily toll since the beginning of the epidemic, had been recorded, while seven new deaths from the disease had been recorded.

انضمت سنغافورة إلى لائحة الوجهات السياحية “عالية الخطورة” هذا الأسبوع التابعة للمراكز الأمريكية لمكافحة الأمراض والوقاية منها.

وانتقلت سنغافورة من المستوى الثالث لخطر تفشي وباء “كوفيد-19” إلى المستوى “الأعلى” الرابع، أي الفئة الأكثر خطراً وفقاً لتصنيفات الوكالة، بحسب موقع “سي إن إن”.

أما الوجهات التي تقع في خانة الخطر الكبير جداً لجهة تفشي كورونا، أي في المستوى الرابع، فهي التي سُجّل لديها أكثر من 500 إصابة بين 100 ألف مقيم في الأيام الـ 28 الأخيرة، وفقاً لمعايير المراكز الأمريكية لمكافحة الأمراض والوقاية منها.

وتُوصي الوكالة بتجنّب السفر إلى الأماكن المصنفة في المستوى الرابع. وتنصح الراغبين بالسفر إليها، لتلقي جرعتَي اللقاح.

** وجهات سياحية في المستوى الرابع لتفشي كورونا

وضمت القائمة 10 وجهات هي: سنغافورة والنمسا وكرواتيا وتركيا واليونان وماليزيا وأيرلندا وبتسوانا وبيليز والمملكة المتحدة.

** وجهات سياحة جديدة بالمستوى الثالث لكورونا

تدخل ضمن الفئة الثالثة لمستوى التفشي الدول التي سجّلت بين 100 و500 إصابة بين كل 100 ألف مقيم، في الأيام الـ28 الأخيرة، حيث أُضيفت 6 وجهات جديدة إلى فئة “عالية الخطورة”، منها 3 دول انتقلت من المستوى 2، وهي: أنغولا وجيبوتيي وهنغاريا، بالإضافة إلى 3 دول أخرى انتقلت من المستوى الرابع إلى الثالث وهي قبرص وتونس وإسواتينيي.

وأعلنت وزارة الصحة في سنغافورة أمس تسجيل 3994 إصابة جديدة بكورونا، وهي أعلى حصيلة يومية منذ بداية الوباء، فيما سجلت 7 وفيات جديدة بسبب المرض.
