Doha: Mr. Saud Abdulaziz, official of the Sealine Unit at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, revealed that the Department of Nature Reserves issued 4 early camping violations before the camping season arrived. Mr. Saud told Al-Raya: that the violators were obligated to remove the camps, and called for the necessity of adhering to the camping dates set by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, which officially begins tomorrow, Monday.
He said: The current camping season has witnessed a great progress in the level of services provided to the campers after the increase in the number of licenses granted to shops in the Sealine region, reaching 40 licenses so far, noting that the number can be increased, especially that the Department of Nature Reserves is keen to attract investors in order to provide all the campers’ needs.
He added: 25 licenses have been granted to service shops dedicated to the sale of tents, camping supplies, road trips and a supermarket, and 15 licenses to restaurants and cafes serving a variety of food such as popular food, fast food and cafés for the sale of hot and cold drinks.
He noted that the 10 inspectors of the Department of Nature Reserves in the Sealine region were present in the area for 24 hours to serve the campers, to ensure that the campers complied with the conditions, first and foremost to ensure that their data were recorded on site, to pay the amount of insurance and fees, to print the camp number and install it in an apparent location on the camp fence, to ensure camping in the same locations last year, as well as to overcome the obstacles they could face when preparing the camps.
During a tour of Al-Raya in Sealine, it was found that most of the owners of the shops that provide services for the sale of camping materials and supplies, supermarkets and restaurants have finished preparing their sites in the area after the Natural Reserves Department of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment gave them the opportunity to prepare their sites days before the start of the season to provide all the campers’ needs during equipping the camps.
A large number of campers also used the weekend to remove their cabins and camping supplies and put them at the gathering points set for them by the Department of Nature Reserves near the roundabouts and in the area on both sides of the ambulance roundabout so that immediately after the start of the season scheduled for Monday they will withdraw them and take them to camping sites in order to prepare camping sites to start enjoying the wonderful and picturesque atmosphere enjoyed by the area at this time of year.
Ala’a Hassan, director of a shop selling tents and camping supplies said to Al-Raya: The processing of the site for the shop required 4 days, and will provide all the needs of the campers for tents, excavators, sado sessions, seats and grills, and most of the needs of the different camps.
Hashim Hamad, owner of a company selling camping supplies, said: This year I was keen to equip the company’s website in an integrated manner and provide all the needs of the campers, such as cleaning materials, coal, firewood and consumer goods to sado sessions, floors, carpets and large tents, as well as allocated space to sell supplies of spices and legumes.
Nasser Sherida, an employee at a camping supplies shop, said work is in full swing to prepare the shop with the start of the season to receive campers who come to buy most of their needs while preparing camps for tents, sessions, firewood and coal.
He explained that the shop has prepared a list of prices for all the goods offered, and has been taken into account to be at the same prices as the main branch without increasing, and there is interest in making discounts for customers who will be keen to buy a large amount of goods.

الدوحة: كشفَ السيد سعود عبدالعزيز مسؤول وحدة سيلين بوزارة البلدية والبيئة عن قيام إدارة المحميات الطبيعية بتحرير 4 مخالفات تخييم مبكر قبل حلول موسم التخييم. وقال سعود لـ الراية: إنه تم إلزام المخالفين بإزالة المخيمات، ودعا إلى ضرورة الالتزام بمواعيد التخييم التي حددتها وزارة البلدية والبيئة، والتي تبدأ رسميًا غدًا الاثنين.
وقال: إنّ موسم التخييم الحالي شهد تقدمًا كبيرًا في مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمخيمين بعد زيادة عدد التراخيص الممنوحة للمحال في منطقة سيلين، لتبلغ 40 ترخيصًا حتى الآن، مُشيرًا إلى أن العدد قابل للزيادة، خاصة أن إدارة المحميات الطبيعية حريصة على استقطاب المُستثمرين بهدف توفير كل احتياجات المخيّمين.
وأضاف: تمّ منح 25 ترخيصًا لمحال خدمية مخصصة لبيع الخيام ومستلزمات التخييم والرحلات البرية ومحل سوبرماركت، و15 ترخيصًا لمطاعم ومقاهٍ تقدم مأكولات متنوّعة مثل الأكلات الشعبية والوجبات السريعة ومقاهٍ خاصة ببيع المشروبات الساخنة والباردة.
ونوّه إلى أن مُفتشي إدارة المحميات الطبيعية بمنطقة سيلين والبالغ عددهم 10 موظفين متواجدون بالمنطقة طيلة 24 ساعة لخدمة المُخيمين، والتأكّد من التزام المخيمين بالشروط، وفي مقدمتها التأكد من تسجيل بياناتهم في الموقع ودفع مبلغ التأمين والرسوم وطباعة رقم المخيم وتركيبه في مكان ظاهر على سور المخيم، والتأكد من التخييم في نفس مواقعهم العام الماضي، فضلًا عن تذليل العقبات التي يمكن أن تواجههم عند القيام بتجهيز المخيمات.
وخلال جولة لـ الراية في سيلين تبين انتهاء معظم أصحاب المحال التي تقدم خدمات بيع مواد ومستلزمات التخييم والسوبرماركت والمطاعم من تجهيز مواقعهم في المنطقة بعد أن منحتهم إدارة المحميات الطبيعية التابعة لوزارة البلدية والبيئة الفرصة لتجهيز مواقعهم قبل أيام من موعد انطلاق الموسم لتوفير جميع احتياجات المخيمين أثناء أعمال تجهيز المخيمات.
كما استغل عددٌ كبيرٌ من المخيمين الإجازة الأسبوعية لسحب كبائنهم ومستلزمات التخييم ووضعها في نقاط التجمع التي حددتها لهم إدارة المحميات الطبيعية بالقرب من الدوارات وفي المنطقة الواقعة على جانبَي دوار الإسعاف حتى يقوموا فورَ انطلاق الموسم المقرر يوم غدٍ الاثنَين بسحبها ونقلها إلى مواقع التخييم بهدف تجهيز مواقع التخييم للبدء بالاستمتاع بالأجواء الرائعة والخلابة التي تتمتع بها المنطقة في هذه الوقت من العام.
وقال علاء حسن مدير محل لبيع الخيام ومستلزمات التخييم لـ الراية: إن تجهيز الموقع الخاص بالمحل تطلب منه 4 أيام، وسيوفر كافة احتياجات المخيمين الخاصة بالخيام والحفارات وجلسات السدو والمقاعد والشوايات، ومعظم احتياجات المخيمين المُختلفة.
وقال هاشم حمد صاحب شركة لبيع مستلزمات التخييم: حرصت هذا العام على تجهيز الموقع الخاص بالشركة بشكل متكامل وتوفير كافة احتياجات المخيمين المتمثلة في موادّ التنظيف والفحم والحطب والسلع الاستهلاكية إلى جلسات السدو والأرضيات والسجاد والخيام الكبيرة، كما تمّ تخصيص مساحة لبيع المواد التموينية من البهارات والبقوليات.
وأشار ناصر شريدة موظف في محل لبيع مستلزمات التخييم إلى أن العمل جارٍ على قدم وساق لتجهيز المحل مع انطلاق الموسم لاستقبال المخيمين الذين يتوافدون لشراء مُعظم احتياجاتهم أثناء تجهيز المُخيمات من الخيام والجلسات والحطب والفحم.وأوضح أنّ المحل جهز قائمة أسعار لجميع السلع المعروضة، وتم مراعاة أن تكون بنفس أسعار الفرع الرئيسيّ دون زيادة، وهناك اهتمام بعمل خصومات للزبائن الذين سيحرصون على شراء كَمية كبيرة من البضائع.
