Doha: The Primary Health Care Corporation has started implementing the Phase 4 of its “Back to Normal” plan, in tandem with the recent decision issued by the Council of Ministers to start implementing the last phase of the national response plan to the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) in Qatar.
In this context, 27 of the 28 PHCC Health Centers are now fully operational and delivering quality healthcare services, with face-to-face consultations, if requested.
Dr. Samya Abdulla, Executive Director of Operations at the Primary Health Care Corporation said: “With the exception of the Rawdat Al Khail Health Center, which will remain as a COVID-19 dedicated Health Center, all other PHCC Health Centers have now fully restored their on-site health care services, including face-to-face visits with scheduled appointments, if requested by patients, but they will continue to offer virtual consultations to those patients who prefer that type of appointment.”
She explained that although Rawdat Al Khail Health Center will continue as a COVID-19 dedicated Health Center, with the number of COVID-related visits steadily decreasing, it will provide 24-hour Urgent Care and eventually resume all specialty services at a later date, via a separate pathway.
The Community Call Center, accessible via 16000, will continue to operate as usual, providing urgent telephone and video consultations when necessary. while the Dental and SMART clinic services within Health Centers have also now resumed 100% of their operational capacity. Drive Thru swabbing services and COVID-19 Screening Clinic services will also continue to operate at Health Centers until further notice.
PHCC requests both the health care teams and the community to continue to follow the MOPH COVID-19 guidelines. All PHCC Health Centers will continue to follow strict operating procedures to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus, with stringent safety and preventive measures in place to manage face-to-face appointments. These measures include smart scheduling of appointments, the use of personal protective equipment, social distancing within the centers, regular virus testing for its staff, as well as rigorous hygiene and disinfection protocols.

الدوحة: بدأت مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية بتطبيق المرحلة الرابعة من خطتها /العودة للحياة الطبيعية/ ، وذلك عطفاً على القرار الأخير الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء ببدء تنفيذ المرحلة الأخيرة من خطة الاستجابة الوطنية لفيروس /كوفيد-19/ في قطر.
وفي هذا السياق بدأ 27 من أصل 28 مركزاً صحياً تابعاً لمؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية بالعمل بكامل طاقتها وتقديم خدمات رعاية صحية عالية الجودة، مع استشارات طبية وجهاً لوجه، حسب طلب المراجع.
وقالت الدكتورة سامية العبدلله المدير التنفيذي للتشغيل بمؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية، إنه باستثناء مركز روضة الخيل الصحي، الذي سيظل مركزاً صحياً مخصصاً لفيروس /كوفيد-19/ ، أعادت جميع المراكز الصحية الأخرى التابعة للمؤسسة، خدمات الرعاية الصحية لديها بالكامل في الموقع، بما في ذلك الزيارات وجهاً لوجه مع مواعيد محددة، بطلب من المريض، ولكنها ستستمر في تقديم الاستشارات الافتراضية للمرضى الذين يفضّلون هذا النوع من المواعيد.
وأوضحت أن مركز روضة الخيل الصحي رغم أنه سيبقى مخصصاً لفيروس /كوفيد-19/، مع الانخفاض المطرد بعدد الزيارات المتعلقة بالفيروس، فإنه سيوفر رعاية عاجلة على مدار 24 ساعة ، وسيستأنف جميع الخدمات المتخصصة في وقت لاحق، عبر مسار منفصل.
كما سيستمر مركز الاتصال المجتمعي بالعمل كالمعتاد عبر الرقم 16000، حيث يقدم استشارات عاجلة عند الضرورة عبر المكالمات الهاتفية والفيديو. كما تم استئناف خدمات عيادة الأسنان وعيادة الفحص الذكي (SMART) في المراكز الصحية بنسبة 100 بالمئة من طاقتها التشغيلية، فيما ستستمر خدمات فحص مسحة الأنف من داخل المركبة وعيادة فحص /كوفيد-19/ بالعمل في المراكز الصحية إلى إشعار آخر.
وطلبت مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية من فرق الرعاية الصحية وأفراد المجتمع ، الاستمرار في اتباع إرشادات وزارة الصحة العامة المتعلقة بفيروس /كوفيد-19/. وأكدت أن جميع المراكز الصحية التابعة لها ستواصل اتباع إجراءات تشغيل صارمة للسيطرة على انتشار فيروس /كوفيد-19/، مع إجراءات سلامة وقائية صارمة لإدارة المواعيد التي تتم وجهاً لوجه.
ونوهت الى أن هذه الإجراءات تشمل جدولة المواعيد الذكية، واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية، وتطبيق التباعد الاجتماعي داخل المراكز، وإجراء الفحص المنتظم للموظفين، فضلاً عن بروتوكولات متشددة للنظافة والتطهير.
