According to the website of the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Pearl of Qatar is an artificial island located on the coast of the West Bay, and it features marina yachts in the style of a Middle Eastern marina, and high-rise residential towers, villas and hotels, next to luxury brand stores and exhibition halls.
The Pearl of Qatar is one of the most attractive destinations for visitors, as it is also known as the “Arabian Riviera” due to its luxury and elegance.
According to the Pearl Qatar website, the man-made island has been developed on an area of 4 million square meters of reclaimed land, located 350 meters from the West Bay area of Doha.
The Pearl-Qatar is divided into 10 different regions, geometric and inspired by the most charming cities of the Mediterranean.

وأشار التقرير إلى أن لؤلؤة قطر تنقسم إلى 10 مناطق متميزة هندسياً ومستوحاة من أكثر مدن البحر الأبيض المتوسط سحراً، وذكر منها القلب النابض لجزيرة اللؤلؤة وهي مدينة سنترال وتعتبر قلب جزيـرة اللؤلؤة النابض بالحيـاة ومركزًا للخدمات، وتتميز بمبان منخفضة الارتفاع على الطراز الإسباني.
