Beijing: China’s fixed-asset investment (FAI) went up 10.3 percent year on year in the first seven months of this year, data from the Chinese National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed Monday.
During the January-July period, the FAI amounted to 30.25 trillion yuan (about 4.67 trillion US dollars), according to the NBS.
Compared with the 2019 level, the FAI growth came in at 8.7 percent for the period. The average January-July growth rate in the recent two years stood at 4.3 percent.
Investment by the private sectors rose 13.4 percent to 17.35 trillion yuan in the first seven months, NBS data showed.
Specifically, investment in manufacturing and infrastructure gained 17.3 percent and 4.6 percent year on year, respectively, NBS data showed.
The FAI includes capital spent on infrastructure, property, machinery and other physical assets.
On the other hand, in the first seven months, China’s industrial output gained 14.4 percent year on year, resulting in an average two-year growth of 6.7 percent, according to China’s News Agency (Xinhua).
The industrial output is used to measure the activity of designated large enterprises with an annual business turnover of at least 20 million yuan (about 3.09 million US dollars).

وأظهرت البيانات الرسمية الواردة من الهيئة الوطنية الصينية للإحصاء اليوم، ارتفاع الاستثمار من القطاعات الخاصة بنسبة 13.4 بالمئة ليصل الى 17.35 تريليون يوان خلال السبعة أشهر الأولى، وزاد الاستثمار في قطاع الصناعات التحويلية والبنية التحتية بنسبة 17.3 بالمئة و4.6 بالمئة على أساس سنوي على التوالي.
ويشمل الاستثمار في الأصول الثابتة الأموال المنفقة في البنية التحتية والعقارات والآلات وغيرها من الأصول المادية.
من جهة أخرى سجل الناتج الصناعي ارتفاعا بنسبة 14.4 بالمئة على أساس سنوي، وفي الأشهر السبعة الأولى، مما أدى إلى متوسط نمو لمدة عامين بنسبة 6.7 في المائة.
ويستخدم الناتج الصناعي لقياس نشاط المؤسسات الكبيرة المعينة التي يبلغ حجم أعمالها السنوي 20 مليون يوان (حوالي 3.09 مليون دولار أمريكي) على الأقل.
