Street Car washing continues despite ministry warnings
استمرار غسل السيارات بالشوارع رغم تحذيرات الوزارة

Doha: Some people continue to ignore warnings issued by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment and the General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahrama) regarding the non-use of water hoses to wash cars in the streets due to violating the Hygiene Law No. (18) for the year 2017, which warns against washing cars in unauthorized places, and Law No. 26 of 2008 on the rationalization of electricity and water consumption, which prohibits occupants of buildings or installations, whether owners or tenants, from using potable water In washing cars, equipment, or cleaning the outer courtyards of buildings or installations, using water cannons, or other direct flow methods.
Al-Raya lens spotted a person washing his vehicle in broad daylight, ignoring laws warning against the act, particularly since it caused a large amount of water to be wasted through the use of a water hose as well as pollution caused by the accumulation of water on the road, which is contrary to the Hygiene Act.

الدوحة: يواصلُ بعضُ الأشخاص تجاهلَ التحذيرات التي تطلقها كل من وزارة البلدية والبيئة والمؤسّسة العامة للكهرباء والمياه «كهرماء» بخصوص عدم استخدام خراطيم المياه لغسل السيارات في الشوارع نظرًا لارتكاب صاحبها مُخالفتين لخرقه قانونَ النظافة العامة رقم (18) لسنة 2017 الذي يحذر من غسل السيارات في غير الأماكن المسموح بها، والقانون رقم (26) لسنة 2008 بشأن ترشيد استهلاك الكهرباء والماء الذي يحظر على شاغلي المباني أو المنشآت، سواء أكانوا ملاكًا أم مستأجرين، استخدام المياه الصالحة للشرب في غسل السيارات، أو المعدات، أو تنظيف الأفنية الخارجية للمباني أو المنشآت، وذلك باستخدام خراطيم المياه، أو غيرها من وسائل التدفّق المباشر.
عدسة الراية رصدت أحد الأشخاص يقوم بغسل مركبته في وضح النهار ضاربًا القوانين التي تحذّر من هذا الفعل عرض الحائط، لا سيما أنه تسبب في إهدار كمية كبيرة من المياه عبر استخدام خرطوم المياه فضلًا عن التلوث الذي يسببه تراكم المياه على الطريق، وهو ما يتعارض مع قانون النظافة العامة.
