Katara Announces Winners of Mobile App Ideas Competition in Love of Prophet Mohammed

Doha: The Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) announced the three first winners of the Mobile App Ideas Competition in Love of Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him, which it launched during the period from April 20 to May 29, 2021, within the activities of Doha Capital of Culture in the Islamic World.
The first-place winner was Mohammed Aref Al Dabbas from Iraq who was awarded a prize of $3,000. In second place was Nardine Shafe’e Abadi from Jordan who received $2,000, while Anas Al Homsi from Syria came in third with a prize of $1,000.
This competition aims to encourage the talented and innovative young people to keep pace with knowledge economies, and to prepare a generation capable of entering into projects to serve religion and society.
The competition, which was made available to everyone inside or outside Qatar, attracted about 110 participants, as Egypt and Sudan ranked first with 50 participants, and the Levant and Iraq ranked second with 27 participations, while the participation of the GCC states reached 19. The were also nine participants from the Arab Maghreb countries, and five from non-Arab countries.
The competition’s organizing committee defined the conditions for participating by submitting a report explaining the idea of the application, of no less than two pages, and no more than four pages, provided that the idea is new, and not previously presented in the application stores. If two ideas submitted are similar, the winning idea will be the first, and the name of the idea owner will be placed on the application information page.
The competition also allows the participant to compete with more than one idea in the same field, provided that Katara Publishing House has the right to implement the winning participations.

الدوحة: أعلنت المؤسسة العامة للحي الثقافي /كتارا/، أسماء الفائزين بالمراكز الثلاثة الأولى في مسابقة /أفكار لتطبيقات الجوال/ حول حب الرسول المصطفى، صلى الله عليه وسلم، والتي قد أطلقتها خلال الفترة من 20 أبريل إلى 29 مايو 2021، على هامش فعاليات الدوحة عاصمة الثقافة في العالم الإسلامي.
والفائزون هم: محمد عارف الدباس من العراق في المركز الأول عن تطبيق (مع الرسول)، وبلغت قيمة الجائزة 3 آلاف دولار أمريكي، وفي المركز الثاني نردين شافع عبادي من الأردن عن تطبيق (المسير والسيرة)، والجائزة قدرها 2000 دولار أمريكي، فيما حصل أنس الحمصي من سوريا على المركز الثالث عن تطبيق (الرسول قدوتي)، وبلغت قيمة الجائزة المالية 1000 دولار أمريكي.
واجتذبت المسابقة المفتوحة للجميع من داخل قطر وخارجها والتي تهدف إلى تشجيع الشباب على مواكبة اقتصاد المعرفة وإعداد جيل قادر على الدخول في مشروعات لخدمة الدين والمجتمع، نحو 110 مشاركات، حيث حلت مصر والسودان بالمرتبة الأولى بعدد 50 مشاركة، وبلاد الشام والعراق في المرتبة الثانية بنحو 27 مشاركة، في حين وصلت مشاركات دول الخليج إلى 19 مشاركة، واقتصرت مشاركات دول المغرب العربي على 9 مشاركات، و5 مشاركات من دول غير عربية.
الجدير بالذكر أن اللجنة المنظمة للمسابقة اشترطت تقديم تقرير يوضح ويشرح فكرة التطبيق، على ألا يقل عن صفحتين ولا يزيد على أربع صفحات، وأن تكون الفكرة جديدة وغير مطروحة من قبل في متاجر التطبيقات الأخرى، كما رأت اللجنة أنه في حال تشابهت فكرتان متميزتان، فستفوز الفكرة المرسلة أولا، وسيتم وضع اسم صاحب الفكرة في صفحة معلومات التطبيق، علما بأنه يحق للمشارك المنافسة بأكثر من فكرة في نفس المجال، ويحق لدار /كتارا/ للنشر تنفيذ المشاركات الفائزة.
