MOEHE: the deadline for early electronic registration is on Sunday

Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education announced that the process of early electronic registration of students in public schools of all nationalities will continue until Sunday, August 15th. MOEHE explained that parents of students can register their children via the public services portal on the ministry’s website at: https://eduservices.edu.gov.qa/

No requests will be received manually, and registration will be limited to the online portal only. To ease things for parents, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education made it clear that requests for support and assistance for student registration in public schools will be received. parents can review ministry staff at Jassim bin Hamad Hall in the MOEHE Tower in the West Bay area to aid and answer all of their questions. MOEHE will also receive public inquiries by calling hotline 155, parents can visit the Ministry’s staff at Jassim bin Hamad Hall in the MOEHE Tower in the West Bay area to provide them with support. The total number of applications submitted through the early electronic registration system for students in public schools for the academic year 2021-2022 was 8,965, with 4,115 applications from Qatari groups, GCC citizens and Qatari women during the period prior to the opening of early electronic registration for the new year, which lasted from May 6th to June 16th, in addition to receiving more than 5,000 registration requests from all nationalities.

وقالت إنه لن يتم استلام أي طلبات يدويا، وسيقتصر التسجيل على البوابة الإلكترونية فقط. وتيسيرا على أولياء الأمور، أوضحت وزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي أنه سيتم استقبال طلبات الدعم والمساعدة الخاصة بتسجيل الطلبة بالمدارس الحكومية، حيث يمكن لأولياء الأمور مراجعة موظفي الوزارة بقاعة جاسم بن حمد ببرج الوزارة بمنطقة الخليج الغربي لتقديم الدعم لهم. كما ستتلقى الوزارة استفسارات الجمهور عبر الاتصال بالخط الساخن 155، وعبر وسائل الاتصال الاجتماعي المختلفة. وإجمالي عدد الطلبات المقدمة عبر نظام التسجيل الإلكتروني المبكر للطلبة بالمدارس الحكومية للعام الدراسي 2021 – 2022 بلغ 8965 طلباً، بواقع 4115 طلب تسجيل من فئات القطريين وأبناء مواطني دول مجلس التعاون وأبناء القطريات خلال الفترة السابقة من فتح باب التسجيل الإلكتروني المبكر للعام الجديد، والتي استمرت من 6 مايو حتى 16 يونيو، بالإضافة إلى تلقي أكثر من 5000 طلب تسجيل من جميع الجنسيات.
