Doha: Ms. Khadija Abu Haleqa, a member of the Advisory Committee at the Ministry of Culture and Sports, announced the ministry’s launch of Al-adam Ambassadors program for Qatar’s young men and women as part of the International Youth Day’s activities.
In an interview with Qatar TV, Ms. Abu Haleqa said that Al-adam Ambassadors program qualifies its participants to represent the State of Qatar at the international level, noting that registration will start today, Thursday, on the ministry’s website, and on the ministry’s social media platforms.
She added that there is a great demand for the program before the registration is open, pointing to the setting of requirements for registration, which is that the applicant must be:
– Qatari (man or woman)
– Aged 22-35
– Holds a university degree (i.e. graduate)
She pointed out that the program will be launched at the state level and qualifies its graduates to represent the country at an international level, noting that Al-adam ambassadors are 30 young men and women, who will be selected after they apply and submit their CVs, then 30 young men and women will be chosen among applicants in various fields, including the technical, cultural and leadership levels. So that it is a harmonious mixture of our youth.
She added that there are partners in the program from the United Nations (UNICEF), Qatar University (the leadership center), Al Jazeera Training Institute, and Dr. Omar Ghanem, a lecturer of diplomacy and protocol within the workshops offered to young people.

الدوحة: أعلنت السيدة خديجة أبو حليقة، عضو اللجنة الإستشارية في وزارة الثقافة والرياضة عن إطلاق الوزارة لبرنامج سفراء الأدعم وذلك لشباب وشابات قطر، ضمن فعاليات اليوم العالمي للشباب .
وقالت السيدة أبو حليقة – في مقابلة مع تليفزيون قطر – إن برنامج سفراء الأدعم يؤهل المشاركين فيه لتمثيل دولة قطر على المستوي الدولي، مشيرة إلى أنه سيتم فتح باب التسجيل غداً الخميس في الموقع الالكتروني للوزارة، وعلى منصات الوزارة بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي .
وأضافت أن هناك إقبالاً كبيراً على البرنامج قبل فتح باب التسجيل، لافتة إلى وضع اشتراطات للتسجيل وهي أن يكون المتقدم :
– قطري (رجل أو امرأة)
– عمره من 22 – 35 عاما
– حاصل على شهادة جامعية (أي خريج)
وأشارت إلى أن البرنامج سيطلق على مستوى الدولة ويؤهل المتخرجين منه لتمثيل الدولة على مستوى دولي، منوهة إلى أن سفراء الادعم عبارة عن 30 شابا وشابة، سيتم تصفيتهم بعد التقديم وقراءة السير الذاتية لنختار منهم 30 شاباً في مجالات متعددة، منهم على المستوى الفني والثقافي والقيادي، بحيث يكون خليطاً متناغماً من شبابنا.
وأضافت أن هناك شركاء بالبرنامح من الأمم المتحدة (منظمة اليونيسيف)، وجامعة قطر (المركز القيادي)، ومعهد الجزيرة للتدريب، والمحاضر د. عمر غانم محاضر الدبلوماسية والبروتوكول ضمن الورش المقدمة للشباب.
