A new battle has begun between UEFA and the European Super League Trio Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus.
UEFA refuses to surrender to the Madrid court’s decision in support of the three European Super League clubs, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus.
The court ruled that clubs are entitled to establish a new tournament that serves their interests, arguing that the EU has no right to refuse to start the competition, or to impose sanctions on the clubs involved in its establishment.
According to Catalan newspaper Sport, UEFA will not abide by this ruling and will appeal to the European Union Court of Justice.
The newspaper added that UEFA has no intention of backing down, and will wait for the European court’s ruling, next October.
UEFA also plans to prepare new sanctions against Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus for insisting on the tournament.
The three clubs welcomed the Madrid court’s decision, calling on UEFA to stop blocking the tournament and threatening sanctions.

ويرفض اليويفا الاستسلام لقرار محكمة مدريد الداعم لأندية دوري السوبر الأوروبي الثلاثي، ريال مدريد، وبرشلونة، ويوفنتوس.
وقضت المحكمة بأحقية الأندية في تأسيس بطولة جديدة تخدم مصالحها، معتبرة أنه ليس من حق الاتحاد الأوروبي رفض انطلاق المسابقة، أو فرض عقوبات على الأندية المشاركة في تأسيسها.
ووفقا لصحيفة “سبورت” الكتالونية، فإن “يويفا” لن يلتزم بهذا الحكم، وسيقدم طعنا لدى محكمة العدل التابعة للاتحاد الأوروبي.
وأضافت الصحيفة أن الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم، لا توجد لديه أي نية للتراجع، وسينتظر حكم المحكمة الأوروبية، في شهر أكتوبر المقبل.
كما يعتزم الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم تجهيز عقوبات جديدة، على أندية ريال مدريد وبرشلونة ويوفنتوس، لإصرارها على إقامة البطولة.
وكانت الأندية الثلاثة قد رحبت بقرار محكمة مدريد، داعية “يويفا” للتوقف عن عرقلة البطولة وتهديدها بالعقوبات.
