Doha – Al-Sharq:
The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs has launched an integrated digital certification service for the multilingual work contract using digital alternatives at all stages of the procedure without the need to review government service centres.
The ministry said that the service aims to provide an integrated digital alternative to the completion of the certification of employment contracts in enterprises, noting that the following requirements are met:
1- Smart card to verify the identity of the official of the establishment to enter the service through the National Documentation System (NAS)
2- A bank payment card valid for payment of fees through the payment portal by linking to a government website
3- Completion of the registration of the contract information for both parties, the worker, the employer and printing the copy of the contract extracted from the system in Arabic and the language of the worker and signing it by both parties.
4- Reload the signed copy with the additional attachments and send the contract request with the annexes to the Ministry for conformity and auditing
5- After matching the contract, the company official will pay the fees through the electronic payment portal.
6. After the payment is completed, digitally certified copies of the contract are extracted.
The Ministry also noted that the terms and conditions are:
• The service is available for digital certification of enterprise employment contracts.
• The registration of the worker’s data on the contract shall be indicative of the visa number when the contract is first certified to the expatriate, and the personal number of the worker when the contracts are certified to the resident.
• The company’s administrator is fully responsible for the authenticity of the registered data and the signatures of the contract through mandatory recognition within the digital service.
• The annexes required for the service include mainly the contract of work signed by the parties, in addition to additional attachments that the system will specify according to the type of contract.

الدوحة – الشرق:
دشنت وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية خدمة للتصديق الرقمي بصورة متكاملة لعقد العمل متعدد اللغات باستخدام بدائل رقمية في جميع مراحل الاجراء دون الحاجة لمراجعة مراكز الخدمات الحكومية.
وقالت الوزارة أن الخدمة تهدف إلى توفير بديل رقمي متكامل لإنجاز اجراء تصديق عقود العمالة في المنشآت، مشيرة إلى القيام بالمتطلبات التالية:
1- بطاقة ذكية للتحقق من هوية مسئول المنشأة للدخول على الخدمة من خلال نظام التوثيق الوطني (NAS)
2- بطاقة دفع بنكية صالحة لسداد الرسوم من خلال بوابة الدفع بالربط مع موقع حكومي
3- استكمال تسجيل بيانات العقد لطرفي العلاقة , العامل , صاحب العمل وطباعة نسخة العقد المستخرجة من النظام باللغة العربية و لغة العامل و توقيعه من طرفي العلاقة
4- إعادة تحميل النسخة الموقعة مع المرفقات الإضافية و ارسال طلب العقد مع المرفقات للوزارة للمطابقة و التدقيق
5- بعد مطابقة العقد يقوم مسئول المنشأة بتسديد الرسوم من خلال بوابة الدفع الالكترونية.
6- بعد إتمام الدفع يتم استخراج نسخ مصدقة رقميا من العقد
كما أشارت الوزارة إلى أن الأحكام والشروط هي:
• الخدمة متاحة للتصديق الرقمي لعقود عمالة المنشآت .
• يكون تسجيل بيانات العامل بالعقد بدلالة اما رقم التأشيرة عند تصديق العقد للوافد لأول مرة , و دلالة الرقم الشخصي للعامل عند تصديق العقود للمقيم.
• يتحمل مسئول المنشأة المسئولية الكاملة عن صحة البيانات المسجلة والتوقيعات على العقد من خلال الإقرار الإلزامي ضمن الخدمة الرقمية.
• المرفقات المطلوبة للخدمة تتضمن بصورة أساسية عقد العمل الموقع من الطرفين , بالإضافة الى مرفقات إضافية يقوم النظام بتحديدها اليا طبقا لنوع العقد .
