Amir Directs to Send Team from Qatar International Search and Rescue Group to Turkey

Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani directed to send a team from the Qatar International Search and Rescue Group of the Internal Security Force “Lekhwiya” to the Republic of Turkey to participate in the search operations for the missing in the fires in that swept Turkish provinces.
This came in a phone call held by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani with HE Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu on Saturday.
During the phone call, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior expressed his deepest condolences and the condolences of the Qatari government over the victims of the fires, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
The two sides also reviewed the strategic cooperation ties between the two brotherly countries and ways of enhancing them, in addition to issues of mutual concern.

الدوحة: وجّه حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، بإرسال فريق من مجموعة البحث والإنقاذ القطرية الدولية التابعة لقوة الأمن الداخلي /لخويا/ إلى الجمهورية التركية الشقيقة، للمشاركة في عمليات البحث عن المفقودين جراء الحرائق في ولايات تركية.
جاء ذلك خلال اتصال هاتفي أجراه معالي الشيخ خالد بن خليفة بن عبدالعزيز آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية، يوم الأمس، مع سعادة السيد سليمان صويلو وزير الداخلية التركي.
كما أعرب معاليه خلال الاتصال عن خالص تعازيه والحكومة القطرية في ضحايا الحرائق، متمنيا للمصابين الشفاء العاجل.
وتناول الاتصال أيضا علاقات التعاون الاستراتيجي بين البلدين الشقيقين وسبل تعزيزها، إضافة إلى عدد من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
