QNB sponsors Education City summer camp

QNB Group will sponsor the Education City summer camp, to be held at Awsaj Academy campus and Awsaj Recreation Centre until July 19.

The sponsorship comes as part of the group’s commitment to support various corporate social responsibility initiatives aimed at sustainable development, which is an integral part of QNB’s long-term strategy.

It also reflects its existing efforts to contribute to the development of the youth’s abilities in all fields. This initiative comes in line with the group’s commitment to support education and community development opportunities as key pillars in realising Qatar’s National vision 2030.

A range of academic and recreational activities will be provided in the camp over a period of one month for children aged five to 12 years, with the help of qualified internationally-accredited trainers, who will conduct practical, entertaining, and exploratory experiments.

The camp also provides healthy meals on a daily basis and ensures a safe environment through the presence of a medical staff for the health of students on a regular basis. The camp aims to create a recreational, educational environment for children during the summer to invest their time in multiple activities to explore their talents and skills.

أعلن «QNB» -أكبر مؤسسة مالية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا- عن تقديم رعايته الرسمية لمخيم المدينة التعليمية الصيفي، ينظمه التعليم ما قبل الجامعي بمؤسسة قطر في مبنى أكاديمية العوسج (إحدى مدارس مؤسسة قطر)، وذلك حتى تاريخ 19 يوليو.

وتأتي هذه الرعاية في إطار التزام البنك بدعم مختلف الفعاليات وبرامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات الهادفة إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، الذي يُعدّ جزءاً لا يتجزأ من استراتيجيته العامة.

كما أنها تعكس جهوده القائمة للمساهمة في تنمية قدرات الأطفال في جميع المجالات وتنشئتهم بالشكل الأمثل، وذلك من منطلق حرصه على دعم التعليم وتنمية المجتمع بوصفهما ركائز أساسية في تحقيق رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030.

وسيقدّم المخيم، على مدار شهر كامل، للأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 5-12 سنة مجموعة من الأنشطة الأكاديمية والترفيهية المتنوعة، فضلاً عن إجراء تجارب عملية واستكشافية مسلية تحت إشراف نخبة من المدربين العالميين المؤهلين.

خدمات متكاملة

كما يوفر المخيم وجبات غذاء صحية بشكل يومي، ويحرص على توفير بيئة آمنة من خلال وجود كادر طبي يُعنى بصحة الطلاب بشكل دوري.

ويهدف إلى إيجاد بيئة تعليمة ترفيهية للأطفال خلال فترة الصيف، لاستثمار أوقات فراغهم في عدد من الأنشطة المتنوعة التي تعمل على صقل مواهبهم وتنمية قدراتهم.
