Qatar Media Corporation wins 3 awards at the 15th Gulf Radio and Television Festival

Manama: Qatar Media Corporation has won 3 awards at the conclusion of the 15th Gulf Radio and Television Festival organized by the GCC Radio and Television broadcasting in Manama under the theme of “Our Media is Our Identity.” The “Speed” program, produced by Al Kass Sports Channels, received the Golden Sail in the sports program category, and Qatar Radio received the Golden Sail for its radio program “Climate Change”, while the ” Fastabko Al Khairat – Be ahead of the good deeds” program, produced by Qatar TV, received the Silver Sail In the religious programs category. The “Sail” was chosen to design and implement the festival awards, to embody the link that unites the Gulf countries, as coastal countries linked to the sea and the sail as an integral part of identity and heritage.

The Qatar Media Corporation participated in a distinguished pavilion that reviewed the radio and television works participating in the festival competition, where the “Sa’et Marah – Fun Hour” program participated in the family and children programs category, and the series “Al’Omr Mara – Life is Once” participated in the community drama category, while the series “Al Jar – The Neighbor” participates in the comedy drama category, and the “Al Bawsala – The Compass” program In the variety program category and the “Fastabiko Al Khairat – Be ahead of good deeds” program in the religious programs category, the “Ghabga” program in the talk shows category, and the “Speed” program in the sports programs category.

The festival also included four seminars in which Qatari and Gulf media professionals participated. The seminars included, the future of stardom and responsibility, the future of media training in the Gulf, Gulf women in the media, and youth experiences.

Former CEO of Qatar Media Corporation Mubarak bin Jaham Al Kuwari, former director of Qatar TV Mohammed Abdulrahman Al Kuwari and former director of Qatar Radio Ali Nasser Al Kubaisi were honored by the festival in recognition of their media careers.

المنامة: حصدت المؤسسة القطرية للإعلام 3 جوائز ” ذهبيتان وفضية”، وذلك في ختام فعاليات مهرجان الخليج للإذاعة والتلفزيون الخامس عشر، الذي نظمه جهاز إذاعة وتلفزيون الخليج تحت شعار “إعلامنا هويتنا” في المنامة.

وحصل برنامج / سبيد/ من إنتاج قنوات الكأس الرياضية على “الشراع الذهبي” في فئة البرامج الرياضية، وحصدت إذاعة قطر عن جائزة “الشراع الذهبي” عن برنامجها الإذاعي /التغيير المناخي/، فيما نال برنامج / فاستبقوا الخيرات/ من إنتاج تلفزيون قطر الشراع الفضي في مسابقة البرامج الدينية، وقد تم اختيار “الشراع” لتصميم وتنفيذ جوائز المهرجان، ليجسد الرابط الذي يجمع الدول الخليجية، بوصفها دولًا ساحلية ترتبط بالبحر والشراع كجزء أصيل من الهُوية والتراث.

وشاركت المؤسسة القطرية للإعلام بجناح مميز استعرضَ الأعمال الإذاعية والتلفزيونية المشاركة في مسابقة المهرجان، حيث يشاركُ برنامج /ساعة مرح/ في مسابقة الأسرة والطفل، ومسلسل /العمر مرة/ في مسابقة الدراما، فيما يشاركُ مسلسل /الجار/ في فرع الكوميديا للمسابقة، وبرنامج /البوصلة/ في فرع برامج المسابقات، وبرنامج /فاستبقوا الخيرات/ في مسابقة البرامج الدينية، وبرنامج /الغبقة/ في مسابقة البرامج الحوارية، وبرنامج /سبيد/ في البرامج الرياضية، إلى جانب استعراض مجموعة من الأعمال الدرامية والبرامج الإذاعية والتلفزيونية المميزة التي أنتجتها المؤسسة القطرية للإعلام ما بين 2021 و2022.

كما تضمن المهرجان أربع ندوات شارك فيها إعلاميون قطريون وإعلاميون خليجيون، وهي ندوة مستقبل النجومية والمسؤولية، ومستقبل التدريب الإعلامي في الخليج، والمرأة الخليجية في الإعلام، وتجارب شبابية.

يشار إلى أنه تم تكريم كل من، السيد مبارك بن جهام الكواري، الرئيس التنفيذي الأسبق للمؤسسة القطرية للإعلام، والسيد محمد عبدالرحمن الكواري، مدير تلفزيون قطر سابقًا، والسيد علي ناصر الكبيسي، مدير إذاعة قطر سابقًا، وذلك تقديرًا لمسيرتهم الإعلامية.
